- Easy to assemble & use powerful compact metal water rocket launcher with a 125 PSI safety valve. Rocket will not fly straight without an aerodynamic nose cone made from a second soda bottle.
- Kit includes StratoLauncher IV, StratoFins, ball head, pressure gauge, QConnect w/valve (tank not included).
- StratoLauncher IV Ultimate will propel a 2 liter plastic (PET) soda pop bottle over 350 ft. in the sky.
- Supports most .5L, 1L, 1.25L, 2L soda bottles @ air pressures as low as 15 PSI up to 120 PSI.
- Kit is fully upgradeable, expandable, & can be accessorized into a complete launching system for STEM.

This kit is well thought out and built like a tank, great for science projects and rocketry experiments.
Ive been trying different water rocket systems over the years all of them made of mass produced plastic parts which broke on occasion so when I saw this kit made of machined metal and brass fittings I was very curious how it would compare. looking at the package photos I realized it would need complete assembly which was not a problem as Ive built RC models before. the most important thing in enjoying this kit and getting the most of it is reading the PDF manual first before assembling if you dont have a clue. that being said I was able to put the entire thing together just by looking at the photos and using some common sense. One thing to keep in mind is the whole system will be pressurized so make sure you bolt each of the 4 sections in securely. a smart inclusion in the kit is teflon tape, three of my parts had a factory red sealant around the threads but the pressure gauge didnt so wrap that tape around the threads about 5 times before screwing in to prevent leaks. A kit like this is actually good to put together yourself so if you have a problem you know how to fix it. once it is all together you can actually launch and reload pretty quickly. I recommend starting with like 20 psi to get a feel how high the rocket will go because if you go full power even in a football field the rocket can go so high it can drift out into the street or a tree or on a roof so be cognizant of the wind direction and adjust the ball head accordingly. Also experimenting with different amounts of water is important, I quickly learned that more isnt always better, too much water will make it bottom heavy and it wont shoot straight up. My main take away from this kit is its manly upgrade to the toy grade kits out there but like anything in life it only requires common sense to assemble and use safely so if you are purchasing this for a child make sure you 1) assemble and fly it with them or get someone who can 2)dont stand over the rocket while pumping it up. 3) make the nose cone from a second bottle as the manual suggests, it really effects straight line flight. 4)Experiment with different pressures, water levels and launch angles into the wind. and realize sometimes adding weight to the nose helps straight flight.

It is a well-made kit. We use it with Campbell Hausfeld Rechargeable Inflator ( Portable 12 Volt Inflator, Rechargeable, Air Compressor for Tire Inflation, 230 PSI (Campbell Hausfeld CC2300)), pressure at about 100psi.

Just AWESOME!
This launcher is super fun. It is very well made with metal components and boy can you get those water bottle rockets launched high! I definitely recommend purchasing additional bottle launch caps from the company as you may lose a bottle or two but this thing is amazing. The hardest part is the workout pumping the pressure into the system. At around 100psi you might never see your rocket again but boy is it worth every penny!

Worth what their asking for it.
This is well thought out. I tried to put together a parts list before I bought this. At 80% of the parts I was up to 80 dollars, and the rest I would have to make. Best to just buy it, it's worth the money.

StratoLauncher is a Blast
Bought this to entertain the grandkids and it does not disappoint. It’s quite the elaborate water rocket launch system. Don’t forget the parachute!

Fantastic! My kids love it
Fantastic! My kids love it. I couldn't believe how high it launches. I have an air compressor which I used instead of a bicycle pump which makes it ridiculously easy. Highly recommend!

This is legitimate. You will not be able to replicate this kit with a trip to the hardware store. Love it. Worth every penny.
