Very nice wine box.

The wine refrigerator is very nice quality. Has settings for both white and red wines. Good looking front stainless and black trim. The blue lights are cool looking also.

Great Purchase!

Very happy with my Phiestina wine cooler. It fits perfectly in the space between two cabinets. I have been through 3 wine coolers in the past that were back vented that only lasted 2 years tops. I am hopeful that this front vented model will fair better and last longer. I was very impressed with the weight of the door and overall durability of the unit..

Perfect for small space which is what we needed. We have this freestanding. It did sit for for more than 24 hours before plugging in as suggested. It cooled to temperature fast. Nice it doesn't run all the time to maintain the temperature and is much quieter than I was prepared to expect. Heavy, stainless steel. Great communication from the company when we had a bit of a shipping snafu. Responsive and of great help to make sure we were satisfied.

Great product

Arrived as promised in packaging that would have protected it from most shipping disasters. Multiple layers of HEAVY cardboard and Styrofoam surrounding it strapped to a shipping pallet. No issues in setting it up. It cooled down to the lowest temperature in less than an hour and has worked perfectly. Great product!!!!!

Beautiful, well-built cooler

The wine cooler arrived on schedule in packaging that would seem to make it all but impossible for the product to be damaged in shipping. Everything about the cooler feels solid. I attached the handle and slid the unit into the 15" space I created and pre-wired under my new kitchen counter. The funny thing is, the cooler was only a little more expensive than the cabinet that would have gone in its place under the original remodel plan. Right now it's just cooling bottled water, but that will change as soon as the project is done!

Fantastic customer service, great fridge - eventually

We ordered this fridge at the end of 2018 and were excited that it arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it did not work and would not cool down. We reached out to the Phiestina Customer Service Team and heard back from Iris. She took us through the various solutions for fixing the fridge but ultimately, it was no use, the fridge would not function. We live in Canada and had ordered the fridge via the US website. Being International meant that Pheistina was unable to pick up the faulty fridge free of charge but they did offer us a new one. After going back and forth through the Amazon website, we eventually got a new functioning fridge which we absolutely love and received a full refund for the faulty fridge. We have the non-functioning fridge sitting in our garage now and we're not quite sure what to do with it but other than that, we've been very happy with the company and their product. Compare to NewAir AWR-290DB

Installed in mid December 2017 and love it so far. Was easy to install and fits just about perfectly in a space where an ice maker was hardly used. Glad to hear a little fan noise to know it is cooling properly. Suspect people that have a noise problem might not have balanced it using the bottom leg screws. Some have complained about the stainless steel shelves not being wood; however, I like the stainless steel shelves because they reflect the blue LED lights and make it brighter. I checked the temperture on the shelves using a Kintrex Infared Thermometer and they are close to the 40F above shelves and 50F below shelves settings. I did not expect the temperture to be exact but am surprised how close it is. We are not wine connoisseurs so we not only store wine but drinks, beer, and water and are very happy with the temperature. Also like moving some of those items out of our refrigerator. Might have to rewrite this if we start having problems but so far feel it is a good in-cabinet wine cooler for the cost.
