I actually brought these to the hospital with me for when I gave birth to my son. They are so much more comfortable than the huge things the nurses give you to wear for afterwards. Not that you need them to be pretty, but these actually are feminine so while you're feeling gross after birth, you can at least have a little pretty going on. Haha. They're much softer than what the hospital provides and also very discreet. You won't feel like you're waddling around in a diaper for the couple weeks you need a lot of protection after birth either. I know they're for incontinence, but if they work as well as they do for after giving birth you would have to love them for that as well. Great product!! Great absorbency, comfortable and discreet!

I used these postpartum and they were so much better than the mesh underwear that the hospital gives you. Not bulky at all and very absorbent

I have an overactive bladder and sometimes I have accidents. I have used other incontinence underwear, but I always return to the Always brand. They fit me and do the job, even with a real bad leak. I like the way they look on, knowing that I will not be embarrassed by an accident

So, I took these to the hospital and ended up still using their pads and whatnot, but just wore these instead of the mesh underwear. They worked great! I loved that they were disposable, and now that I'm back home I'm still just using them in the same way. They aren't transparent either, so I felt totally comfortable not wearing a gown or anything when I would go from the bed to the bathroom... Just my little diaper & sleeptime nursing bra :) I will say that the lining on the padding part has a thin layer of something resembling cotton, so if you do have a tear down there postpartum, maybe be sure to always have a pad on too... I would be nervous of a stitch grabbing the liner and causing some kind of issue. Just my two cents :)

I purchased these for after I delivered my baby. I ended up needing a C-section, but these were still great, as I still experienced about 3 weeks of lochia. They were comfortable and I never once had an issue with the incision. I also never had to worry about them moving around like the large hospital pads. They fit decently well under normal clothes and never leaked. These are a must for hospital bags and your at-home recovery!

Purchased these for my 81 year old mother who was totally against using any type of incontinence underwear. She also has Alzheimer's. Right from the start, she loved them. She doesn't even know they are incontinence underwear. She thinks I just bought her some new upscale underwear!! They are very pretty, have a very nice subtle fragrance that's not overpowering at all and the material is very silky. I'm so excited that I found something she will wear everyday!! Thank you for the great product P&G!!

These were amazing for after I had my daughter. Wish I would have thought about this with my son. A lot more comfortable then a large pad and those mesh underwear the hospital gives you.

I love these. Better fit than the Peach boutique and with less scent than the peach and the White which are so over scented (and a gross scent) I won't wear them. This are really soft, pretty and just about invisible under everything (I hope). In fact, I prefer these to my other, "staple" product. Why ? I no longer feel like I am wearing 'old lady diapers'.

Ovarian cancer person here. Hospice is great and would give me free adult, um...helpers until my Kegel muscles come back thru exercise. I was grateful, but stopped them after one package. Very ill fit (unless you're bedridden I suppose) hard to wear under clothes etc. So I checked Amazon. Naturally the adult unmentionables (DIAPERS!!!! THERE i SAID IT!) are quite expensive. And the reviews were not too happy. These I saw on TV, ordered them and talk about relieved. It's like I'm wearing comfortable panties, but don't let that fool you. These babies are the BOSS. Never a problem no matter what or where the accident. I HIGHLY recommend.

Any woman that needs diapers but doesn't want to feel like she's wearing diapers. these are great! I 'm 57 and due to a spinal injury I get very little warning as to when I have to go. I mean seconds. Not only are these comfortable, they don't look bad and they can hold an unbelievable amount. They don't make the crinkly noises like the old type used to do, (when my Mom was sick she had to use them) and they really are somewhat pretty,
