Very calming tone

This was a gift for my young son and it was one of his favorite presents. We had to watch a couple of YouTube videos to figure out how to reliably get the bowl to sing. The mallet is unfinished wood and the bowl is made of sturdy metal that didn’t dent when my son accidentally dropped it a couple of times. Considering the low price, this is a great ‘starter bowl’ for those interested in sound meditations.

The sound is amazing. I am a beginner, yet I was able to use it smoothly. My husband likes the sound too. The cushion is not perfectly rounded, but it doesn’t bother me: it looks beautiful and it serves it’s purpose. Thank you 👍

Necessary buy if you need peace!

Didn't get this for Christmas and it was on my list so I got it for myself!!! I love using it. I had one in the 90's and I loved it. In today's fast passed, instant gratification world 🌎 this little bowl is my peace. I sit and I focus on the hum and my mind reboots. Highly recommended by me.

Beautiful bowl.....and it has the most extraordinary sound! Small, but definitely worth the price. You can make it "sing" almost instantly!

Great for therapy!

I bought this for my granddaughter who has a severe anxiety and eating disorder. She earned to use this for her DBT therapy and is very happy with it and uses it often.
