CAT STOPPER 5000
I hope this review helps someone like myself who had an issue with a determined cat! Our cats need to be separated because well they don't get a long. Our boy is outside of the bedroom, and or girl is inside the master bedroom. Problem is our boy will always stick his paw under the door to try and get in. Over time this left a bad sore / wound on his lower leg near his paw from the rubbing. We tried a few different things to block the gap, but the door draft stopper works perfectly and he busted through everything else. Also if installed properly if he meows, you can barley hear it!

Durable and easy to install
Strong, Durable and easy to install. I anticipate it lasting ~2 years due to high traffic in/out of our garage. I immediately noticed a difference in the temperature in the room, keeping cold air in during hot summer days. Note to buyer: make sure you leave a little gap between the bottom of the weather strip and the floor. I didn't measure correctly and it rubs on the floor, adding resistance when opening and closing.

I was surprised that this thing stuck on my well ...
I was surprised that this thing stuck on my well used rough door. In fact it drags across the floor and over a door mat and stays in place.

Hopefully, no more venomous centipede bites for me
After getting bit while sleeping by a venomous centipede the length of my phone (luckily that’s a smaller one), it was time I do something. That was the second bite in 2 months. Also cockroaches make an appearance once a week or so. (That’s Honolulu for you) Space under my front door is by far the easiest way bugs can get in. Seal has been on for one week. So far, only one small roach has been seen. Let the record show I sprayed bug repellent/killer just before applying the door seal. BUT I still have high hopes this will work at keeping larger intruders such as giant centipedes and large roaches from entering. Quality seems great. Rubber is stiff enough to ensure a long life but soft enough that it doesn’t make the door impossible to open. Adhesive is strong. If anything too strong as it wanted to pull the paint off the door. The paint was bad to begin with so I could care less about that.

Tough and durable
I was skeptical about it's stability and durability. I wondered how well it would adhere to my door. My bedroom door is hollowed out wood and I wasn't too sure that this was stay. I didn't even wipe the door down properly before I placed this on. Now here it is, a month later and its still there. I actually needed to remove a piece because I overestimated the measurement and removing it was difficult. Which is a good thing because it tells me that it's stuck on there. Great product!

It works!
Does the job! Kinda hard to install if you want it perfectly straight, and you gotta adjust it a few times before you find the right placement for it not to be too high from or dragging on the floor. However it’s pretty forgiving, and it gets stickier the longer you leave it (at least in warmer climates like mine). It’s made a world of difference in keeping noise muted. I live in an apartment, and could hear everyone walking past my door before I installed this. Also keeps most of the hallway light out, and seems to be keeping would be pest at bay as well. Worth the money and time to install!

Definitely does what it should do
This item works very well, brown color is fairly close to my door color. I applied it to the base of my front door, and the strong adhesive keeps it in place very well. A tip: When applying this flexible draft blocker, make sure to account for the distance between the bottom edge of the rubber blocker and your floor surface, so it does not hinder opening the door all the way. I left a little less than a quarter inch space between the rubber bottom edge and my low-pile carpet floor surface -- low enough to block the draft, but high enough to prevent issues between the rubber edge and the floor while opening the door.

Excellent!
I really l like these door strips for keeping the hot air from escaping closed off rooms in the summer. The adhesive is strong and once you put it on, you can't move it. I should have put them closer to the floor though so I think I'll buy more and put them on the other side of the doors. They look so much better than the slide on the bottom of the door draft blockers plus my cat loves to chew on those. Can't tell you how many she's ruined. These are perfect. Almost a year later and all of them are still on the doors with zero lifting. I also wanted to mention that they look great too. I bought the white ones and if you have white doors, you don't even notice them. They blend right in. I'm back to buy more. I have more doors I want to block off. They are excellent. Just make sure you put them low enough and since they immediately stick, you can't move them without removing paint so make sure where you put them is where you want them.

Excellent product that’s easy to install
I’m renting an apartment and my front door doesn’t brush up against the floor. There was about an inch gap which was annoying because it meant light, noise, and bugs could get in. Ever since I’ve installed this, I’ve had almost no pbugs, no light, and so much less sound! It’s great. The sound blocking is especially amazing because my bedroom is near the front door and I hated hearing my neighbors conversations clear as day in the stairwell. It’s not totally noise cancelling but it’s so much better. I have this placed so it meets the doorstop and clears the rug in my entryway. It was easy to install - just needed scissors to cut it down to size. Then I wiped the area to clean it, waiting for it to dry, and stuck it on. It practically matches the color of the door so it doesn’t stand out at all. I’m very happy with this product! It’s been on for a little over a month and I’ve had no issues. It’s been stuck where I placed it. Highly recommend this product, especially if you’re a renter and don’t want to have to drill into doors (other solutions I saw online involved drilling into the door).
