What I did.. Inserted one every night for two weeks straight, but I must inform you that I can CONFIRM there was NO symptoms of Bv after just 3 HOURS of inserting it the FIRST NIGHT. But I did it for 2 weeks straight bc I wanted to make sure the ph stayed in balance. I’m a crappy eater. I eat junk food EVERY SINGLE DAY. I've dealt with BV and Yeast infections for months. I have suffered from on and off BV/yeast for years (mainly leaning towards yeast). As many women know, this is always a miserable situation. I was skeptical trying this product, I felt as if nothing would work. Honestly speaking

I must say. I have suffered from yeast infection for 22 yrs. I have used every medication available. At one point my Dr gave me yeast meds for a full year because the only time I wasn't having a yeast was during menstruation when I couldn't see it. I was tested for diseases and diabetes because they could not believe it was yeast. After awhile the yeast changed color to green and the lumps were huge. It was just a mess. I tried home remedies and herbs but they seem to make the infection more aggressive. I am writing this review because if it wasn't for the reviews of other's I wouldn't have bought this product. On the first day of using it the yeast was gone. By the subsequent days I had no yeast. My condition was so terrible that when the yeast got chronic I had blisters. I know someone is going to benefit from all this information and I must say buy it. If you have reached this far then evidently you have already spent a lot trying to get rid of yeast. Also I am taking candida fx because I am aware that the vaginal infection is an external symptom of an internal problem. But overall I respect the makers of this product thank you.

IT REALLY WORKS

I start noticing a difference day one and by day three everything was gone from the smell to the discharge. Im on day 5 now I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! It doesn't irritate me at all just make sure to wear a panty liner lol. I have literally tried a lot of stuff from inserting vitamin C and acidophilus pills and nothing has worked and the doctors definitely don't help cause the metronidazole doesn't work for me it just comes back and with its friend yeast infection. I am elated!! I have been using this product for 3 nights and today is the first day in months that I didn't smell like cat pee. After doing some research, I self-diagnosed my symptoms as being related to bacterial vaginosis. I feel this is worth trying

After using this stuff for a few months, I feel confident enough to leave a review. Personally, I feel this is worth trying if you've been struggling to get your vaginal PH in check. Of course, I can't guarantee it will work; and the negative reviews show that it doesn't work for everyone. But, it's twenty bucks... To me, that's a great deal after spending so much money on frequent doctor trips, just to be told I'm fine... and continue to have problems. Unfortunately, the doctors I have access to don't see frequent yeast infections and stinky vagina as something worth their time. I was getting yeast infections twice a year, having terrible odor, tremendous amounts of discharge, and even issues with my sex life. It's embarrassing and makes womanhood more stressful than it already is. Nothing is quite as terrible as being at work and wondering if other people can tell you smell... or having to turn your husband down cuz you just ain't feelin' it. I use this product only once a week, and sometimes forget and miss a week. That little usage has greatly reduced my discharge and tremendously improved odor: a subtle, natural vagina smell, as opposed to overwhelmingly strong. I rarely have issues with irritation or itching. Plus, I noticed a huge improvement in my sex life. Now, the crystals in the capsules... Yes, you must wear a pad the next day because you'll have discharge. In my experience, the discharge is straight up liquid. There are some granules left usually. The second weekend, about 1.5 weeks after finishing the OTC treatment, I was fully recovered. So, that's two boric acid pills, since I take them on Friday night. Seriously works for BV.

I struggled with BV for a long time despite proper hygiene (no douching, water only to wash, urinating after sex, etc). This is hard to post publicly but I want to share my experience. Initially I could smell myself while working out. It was super embarrassing and stopped me from going to the gym for a long time.
