I have pretty much given up on all the pumpkin spice products that come out this time of year, but decided to try this one because of the product description. It is deliciously spiced and it's the first sugar free creamer that I've tried that is actually full of flavor. The pumpkin spice flavor is very present in my unflavored cold brew. I did have a chunk of coconut fat fall into my cup and because everything was cold it stayed solid. It doesn't bother me. I'm used to using whole food products that act like real food, and coconut fat turns solid at cold temp. I'm sure it wouldn't matter in hot coffee or tea. I get why this is selling so fast. Definitely worth getting a hold of a case of you like pumpkin spice. Also for cold brew I find califa alot better that nutpods.

Better then Dairy made Half & Half!

I LOVE my morning, afternoon & evening COFFEE! For over 30 yrs I make my coffee pretty much the same way. Using cane sugar, now Splenda, light with Half & Half. My 25 yr old daughter, due to some intolerance to Regular milk uses alternative, non dairy creamers, however, she is a CrossFit Athlete & stays away from all soy. She had me try Almond milk/creamer! NOPE, YUCK! Almonds do not have any milk. Then I tried Califia Toasted Cocnut, Un sweetened milk. Yes, it contains Almond milk, but the flavor! I loved it! Now I use it in my oatmeal, cereal, tea, to dip my Oreos & Poptarts in, yes & yes in my coffee! I have not purchased half & half made from cows milk for over a month! I enjoy it so much that I do wish it was cheaper & I could purchase it by half gallon or even a gallon. Hoping that once it's available in a larger container it will save me their NUMBER "1" consumer, some money!

I can't have sugar and have been trying to find a coffee creamer that add flavor to my coffee.. This one did such a good job... The down size is I can not try all the flavor unless I buy in bunk from Amazon which I don't have room in my frig. Wonder if they sell this at the grocery store.

Matcha Latte

I haven't had dairy in years. So, glad to find a non-dairy creamer that's shelf stable--until opened, then it has just the right volume for me to use up in a few days! I use the unsweetened in for a matcha latte. I also occasionally use it in Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice tea, too! I love the texture and flavor! I think it's a real treat!

Also a decent vegan milk

Try using it in mashed potatoes, green sauces or rice pudding! Doesn't need Refrigeration until you open it. Good for the Long Haul.

Tasty, energizing, uplifting, and nourishing!

Best tasting creamer ever. I use this mostly for coffee. It sure makes it taste better and its a lot more healthier for you than processed (GMO'ed, toxic, artificial sweetening) dairy milk creamers. For your information, nut milks have more calcium and minerals in it, that are more easily digestible than cows (dairy) milk. I recommend this many times over for your coffee, baked goods recipes, and other healthy gourmet foods.

finally a great dairy replacement!

have been looking for a "normal" replacement for dairy creamer and finally found it! nice smooth creamy taste, a hint of coconut but not too much. colors the coffee just like half and half, and I am so delighted it isn't dairy! for whatever reason this basic flavor is much cheaper than the specialty flavors. but I love having my coffee (instant) now without the guilt. I can drink black coffee but it takes all the joy away!

Great replacement for cream

I love this product as a replacement for cream. I love cream but it doesn't like me...so went searching for a replacement and found Califia Farms Better Half Coffee Creamer, unsweetened. No it is not creamy like real cream nor does it taste like real cream, but if you want something that has no sugar and other unwanted added ingredients, this is great substitute.
