Superior quality

This is my second Pilates ball and by far my favorite one. I use this at least twice a week in my workout routine with my Linda Woolridge tapes purchased on Amazon. The little nubbies help with gripping and I keep it just a little less than fully inflated.

This ball is truly petite. I find placing it between areas of my spine and a chair adds support. This allows me to sit a little longer. While siting up in bed, I use it between my neck and my pillow for support. It took less than 1 minute to inflate it. It even comes with a small chart with useful exercise ideas. Easy to fill with hand pump

Bought with the 55cm stability ball which came with hand pump. Very easy to fill up. Great vibrant color, works perfect.

Love this, good price and good for PT exercises

I love this little ball, it's perfect for lower core strengthening for my lower back/pelvis. I use it to squeeze between my legs, it's not too firm but has enough bounce to it to cause resistance for exercises. I would recommend this to anyone needing a small ball for PT or overall health.

Simple to inflate to the degree of hardness you like for particular exercises!

I love this product. My PT therapist suggested I buy this to continue my back recovery exercises at home. In addition, it's easy to inflate into the perfect hardness for my exercise needs. Simple to deflate and pack for taking along on trips.
