Great keyboard for iPad 10.5

Just unboxed the case - it’s exactly what I was looking for - in the way of the top being able to swivel to 360 degrees and also lay flat when needed, etc. Paird effortlessly. The keys feel great - it’s like using a laptop. Initially I didn’t think I’d like the Rose Gold color but it’s actually very nice. Apparently I didn’t order the one with the pencil holder - thought I did since I read reviews about it, but not a big deal since I don’t use the pencil that often. So far the only con is what someone else mentioned about the placement of right shift key - for those of us who are fast typists it’s a bit annoying being one key over than what I’m used to - there’s tendency to hit the Page Up key instead of the shift. The slight extra weight of the case doesn’t bother me, as I’ve had cases for my other iPads that were heavier. So far so good, I will update this review if anything changes, which I hope it won't - I’m hoping the top swivel part of the case holds up since this is my favorite features of the case. Update: Recently I notified the company about an issue with the case and sent a photo to them - they immediately sent out a new replacement to me. Good customer service.

Lenrich attention to customer satisfaction has been excellent!!!

Update: I am very impressed that Lenrich has taken my review into consideration and has quickly responded. They have modified the design successfully. In addition to that they have provided me with a new keyboard case that had the design modifications and it works great! Thank you for responsiveness and your attention to customer satisfaction : Old review; I like many of the features of this keyboard case. I’m glad they have finally come out with an IPad Pro 11 version. However there is one very poor design aspect that is very obvious and should have been easily avoided. The hole for the charging is not big enough so it doesn’t allow for the IPad to be charged. I tried three different brand cords and none of them fit. A crude work around was put in worked by my husband because I’m leaving on a long trip in five hours and needed something. But it is a stupid design error.

Started Out A Winner............ But No Longer !!!!!! NEW UPDATE!!!!!!

Received this on December 12, 2018. It was everything the seller said it was. Was very happy with it until today March 5, 2019. When I opened the keyboard it would no longer hold itself up. It either falls open all the way or closes on your fingers while typing and messes up your document or whatever you were typing. I really liked it until this happened. I think it should last longer than this. For the price it should. Maybe I just got a reject or something. Would be nice if the seller would replace it, but i doubt that will happen. It’s probably just days past warranty or return. Darn. UPDATE: APRIL 15 2019 The seller reached out to me and surprised me by sending me a replacement keyboard. They are very professional and courteous. The best part is they did this on there own. This kind of customer service is very hard to find these days. I do love the keyboard. It does everything I need it to do for me. Fit and finish are very nice. I especially like the rubberized texture on the outside of the case. It helps it to not slide around on slippery surfaces. Easy to grip with your hands also. It’s also very easy to put the IPad into the case or remove it. For the price point and what they offer it can’t be beat. Thee customer service is the best!!!!! This is ideally the best case for my iPad Pro. It’s functional, there are so many angles to which I can use my iPad. And the keyboard helps so much, especially since I’ve basically replaced my laptop with this iPad/case combo. At first it does seem like it’s too heavy to function, but I’ve gotten used to it. I definitely feel like the case keeps my iPad from getting scratched, but I don’t think it would protect the iPad if I were to drop it. Not only does the case serve its purpose, but the customer service is phenomenal. I reached out to the seller in regards to third party usb c cords not fitting through the charging slot because of it being too small and they offered to send me the newer model in May. Honestly, how amazing is that? I definitely recommend this product and customer service to anyone!

I would give this keyboard bluetooth case 5 more stars if option was available. after buying the fantastic ipad pro 10.5, I wanted a quality keyboard case to go0 with it. this is the perfect case, ipad fits in hard plastic back easily go in, stays put, and then comes out pretty easily. this case is hard plastic with a flat rubber outside, it won't get scratched up and will stay on your lap, it feels like quality should. keyboard buttons are higher than most of the keyboards out there, it's a nice feeling. side slip in hole for ipad pen. it feels exactly my needs, 180 degree folding of case in many hinged positions.It allows the tablet to be separated from bottom keyboard, firmly lift, but you may not even to do that since it folds so many directions, also, tablet section turns a 360 degree, for your special needs. the 7 color backlit keyboard has become popular. this is quality case and it sells for the price range as the others, it took 5 days, 10 hrs., to find and narrow down possibilities, once this popped into view, I knew it would be the best out there, since the ipad pro 10.5 is limited in choices, as more come on the market, you will make your choice just by looking at the picture

Versatile Case & Amazing Customer Service

I love the versatility of this case (which was purchased a little over a year ago). It has a great battery life and makes it much easier to use the iPad on the go, especially because most people intend to use tablets for their portability (particularly for typing emails with the iPad on my lap when a desk/table is unavailable). The case adds some weight to the iPad for balance while using the keyboard, so if it being lightweight is your highest priority, it might be good to know that it does make the iPad noticeably heavier. The extra weight makes the case more balanced than other cases I looked at. I also like how the iPad can be swiveled around so that the case closes like a laptop with the screen on the top, which is great when taking notes with a stylus. During the course of a year, the case held up quite well. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, a couple of the keys spontaneously stopped working, which seemed like a connectivity issue. Given that the case hadn't been dropped or anything, I contacted the company through Amazon to see if we could get it working again, and the Lenrich representative replied the next day and offered to send me a new one to replace the one purchased over a year ago, even though it was outside of the warranty period. The replacement case arrived this week, and a picture is attached to this review. It was incredibly kind and much appreciated! The case is great, and Lenrich's customer service is even better.

Extremely satisfied with this product

Extremely satisfied with this product. The case is sturdy, it holds the iPad safely and securely, and the keyboard works well. I was afraid that the hinge that it pivots on would be flimsy, but it's held up well after daily use and doesn't seem like it's wearing out. The pencil holder is convenient, which leads me to say that I can't speak enough about the wonderful customer service the seller provides. With the original unit I received, the pencil would slip out even after being "clicked" into the designated slot. After a quick email to the company, they sent me a replacement unit immediately. Highly recommend the case and the company! UPDATE: I've had the case for a few months now and use it regularly. I still feel that the case keeps the iPad safe and secure, which was a major concern of mine since there's no additional screen protection. The hinge is still in tact and the keyboard works well and keeps a good battery life. The only quirks that I've had is with the keyboard set up. I'm used to using the right hand shift key, but with the compact design of the keyboard that button is much smaller and rather to the right. However, this is a minor issue and can be expected of an compact keyboard design. Still very satisfied with the product overall!

This case is sooo wonderfully thought out..it deserves 10 STARS! It truly made my iPad Pro a laptop replacement. It has EVERYTHING you would want in a keyboard case. Nice keyboard to type on and BACKLIT, ROTABLE 360 degrees screen..limitless viewing angles, nice rubber coating that won't scratch easily, and my favorite is the PENCIL SLOT...GENIUS! Apple should have thought about this and came with up with it as standard. I'm hoping this keyboard will last the lifetime of this iPad Pro b/c I'll be using this case ONLY. I believe it comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY! Can't beat that. AMAZING JOB LENRICH!! It looks and feels sturdy. I will update on the durabiltiy of the case in a couple months.

The best case for laptop to tablet functionality.

I picked this case up because it reminded me of an old laptop convertible case. It's the best of both laptop when you need it, then turns to flatten into tablet mode and did I mention it has a pen slot on the side. It's not perfect. The shift key and page up are same size and right next to each other but I'm getting use to it. I did have trouble at first, and this was my second cas with some problem. My keyboard would keep inserting periods into the middle of my sentences. I contacted support and they answered within 20 minutes. I was really surprised. I tried a few things and wrote back and they answered each tim. We finally figured out it was a setting under general keyboard. I turned off smart punctuation and the problem seems to have stopped. Becaus of key size and placement of shift I would have given this a 4 star. Because of great customer service (and they also informed me this keyboard has lifetime warranty) I have given another star as the customer service aspect is very important to me. This is a 3 party keyboard at a fraction of the price of the Apple keyboard with more functionality. I love the backlit and that it can be changed to 7 different colors. No backlit would be a deal breaker and thats why I ended up with this case. The keys are very nice and not spongy with flex that I can detect. All and all I'm very happy with the keyboard and Lenrich product support.

Ok so let me start by saying I had ordered one but it didn't have backlit keys, so even though I really liked it I had to return It today I received the same one with backlit keys, same wonderful keyboard, very fast bluetooth connect to my iPad 10.5 and it was already charged so I didn't have to worry about using it right away, it is a great product since there are not many keyboard case for the 10.5 iPad Pro. The only thing thats of concern is the previous one felt sturdier the case where the iPad goes was not as wiggly and at one point where I pushed the screen back it just fell back but I raged to put it at a more confortable angle, The other thing I like is that the material doesn't feel cheap or like hard plastic it has a nice rubbery feel that fels good in the hand. It adds a bit of thickness or weight but not too much doesn't bother me and I carried it in my tote and didn't feel heavy, The keyboard is better then the apple expensive keyboard and easy to use well I have small hands, One thing I been hearing is about the right shift key that its too small, but it doesn't bother me I find it perfectly fine, what else can I say but thats its the best keyboard out there I will recommend it to everyone that has an iPad Pro, I had been looking for a keyboard case that I could place on my laptop while my husband is driving I can work and this one is perfect because the new one from Logitech has that ugly swivel in the back makes me wonder if the manufacture ever read reviews! Eat your heart out apple and Logitech LENRICH has the best keyboard with a lighted keyboard! Job well done I will tell recommend it to everyones Oh and did I say for a Great Price! 5 thumbs up
