Arthritis No Longer Hurts

I bought these to replace a sponge ball I was given after shoulder surgery that I had worn out or outgrown. These felt surprisingly stiff when they arrived, and I was initially concerned that I wasn’t strong enough to use them as I’ve had moderately painful osteoarthritis in my fingers for years. It’s been several weeks now and I’ve worked up to start the final and hardest ball. The arthritis pain is long gone and I have developed incredibly powerful hands and forearms. All i did was squish these balls in alternating hands while watching TV, walking, driving, or sitting. It’s hard to stop, but I do take occasional break days. They are outstanding, stress-reducing, therapeutic fidget toys. Highly Recommended!

Helped Dad's Arthritis

I bought these for my Dad because he has arthritis and his hands and became increasingly weak and stiff. He absolutely loves them. Very effective product!

I find your poduct very effective! I have a health condition that prevent me from making a fist so I use the palm and roll the ball against the table. I roll it against my palm, wrist & forearm. It feels good. I start with the softer ball. When I feel comfortable enough, I will move up in ball strength. It really helps to relieve tension that I didn't realize I had because I am not able to utilize certain hand muscles but it tenses up anyway because it's linked to the muscles that I do directly use. So in my situation I feel your product is very effective! Thank you so much!

I really like the cheerful colors and the texture of the balls

I really like the cheerful colors and the texture of the balls. The gradation of pressure needed to squeeze the balls allows for wimpy days in between good days. When you no longer need them for therapy I think they would be great for learning how to juggle!

Great easy way to build back hand and forearm strength.

My carpal tunnel surgery was delayed because health concerns. These are helping me to build back my had strength. They are very easy to use and the only problem is my dog doesn't understand why I have balls that I won't share with her.
