my copper pans are just perfect, I now have 5 different sizes and I will never use a different kind of pan for baking or frying or what ever they are the best thing in my kitchen in years. Cant go wrong with copper chef pans, once you use them you wont use any thing else. They do not stick to anything, my corn bread slides right out of the pan. never did that before.I am passing the word to all my frienda and family. love them thanks copper chef kathy

Perfect

I have used these several times and love them. Have not had to use oil making eggs and nothing stuck to the pan. One of the other reviews had pictures of a pan with a bulge. Instructions that came with it said putting a hot pan in water can make it do that. You have to let it cool before putting in water. I ran one through the dishwasher (instructions say dishwasher safe) and it still cooks well without having to use oil. I would highly recommend these pans and will buy more copper chef brand.

So far so good. I also bought some Gotham copper pans and I don't like those at all. tThe Gotham stuck right away. These Copper Chef are much better and so far have not scratched and do not stick. IF I burn or something sticks I just have to soak them in hot water for a while and a plastic scrubber takes it right off. We will see in a few months! Still out on them but so far I love them. Nice and lightweight. Update - have had this set of Copper Chef for a long time now and still love them. I have arthritis in my wrists/hands so really like the light weight. I had to give away all my cast iron - too heavy. I still soak the pans in water for a while or over night and then clean them the next day and everything comes of like a dream. I would like to buy another 12: pan but can't find a "single" - they all come in sets ...

My new favorite pots! Multi purpose pots: fry, roast, sautéed, Steam. AMAZING! And the clean up........So easy! I like to roast meats and veggies and when you roast, it sometimes burns the insides of the pots which leads to annoying scrubbing and scrubbing and more scrubbing. NOT WITH THESES POTS! Run under warm water and it all wipes off with a paper towel , DONE! Love copper chef pots . I now have the entire collection .

Really nice pans!

I love these pans! The heat is evenly distributed and everything cooks perfect. Just heat on low to medium heat and the pans will last along time. Wash with a sponge and use soft utensils so you won't scratch the inside of pans. I really enjoy these pans compared to nonstick pans and I recommend them!

These pans have been in daily use at my house now for months and are still awesome. My husband even burned a bunch of food into the largest one while I was away one night and after some scraping, it works perfectly again. I have no idea how he made the burned stuff stick but he did. that was the only time stuff has stuck like that.

A pleasure to clean

I love these pans. I do not cook on high because these pans generate higher heat. They are a pleasure to clean. A quick wipe is all that is needed to get food out of the pan. Eggs slide right out and flipping food is simple with this pan. I had another brand that left burn marks from cooking hot dogs on med high. There is no problem with these pans they are great .
