More features than similar products for less money
So Many Good features at such a good price. This item seems to be made better and does more than a top brand that I used to buy.

Key Reason: None Coated Interior Stainless Steel.
Key reason I bought this over the other boilers is: NONE COATED INTERIOR STAINLESS STEEL. I hope the other manufacturers read this review and follow to make more stainless steel interior boiler. Coated is no good and its color and most probably chemicals slowly leaching into your hot water. The water tasted different I feel safe drinking the water the day I switched to stainless steel interior! I like the "timer" button for energy saving. Easy timer to set the number of hours I want it off heater when I go to sleep. I love this boiler.

It does not look that good on the hand but I wont complain for anything ...
This is probably the only one you can find on amazon that can let you keep water at 100 and 120 degree. It does not look that good on the hand but I wont complain for anything for what it priced.

Affordable and Reliable for Maintaining Hot to Warm Water
This is a good product for maintaining warm to hot water. You have 5 temperature settings from 96 C down to 40 C. Note that the temperature selections are in Centigrade scale, and you don't have the option to select Fahrenheit. When you refill from an empty state it will always boil the water first, so if you want warm water and not hot, you either have to wait for it to come down to the set point you selected or you'll have to dilute it. If you purchase this, make sure and wash the inside of the water tank thoroughly, and flush it at least twice before using. There is a manufacturing residue (a light oil) that coats the stainless parts.

A good boiler for the tea. It is very convenient to keep on the deal in the office.

What a great find!
After trying several electric kettles, and returning them all, we decided to try something different. The boiler arrived today, and it was pretty large, kind of like a bucket, with a handle. The set up was easy with the included booklet. Boiling the first 3.5 Liter batch took, I would say, 15-20 minutes. The display was red while water is being heated up for boiling, but turned green after it's ready to pour - nice! The temperature display is in Celsius, which is also great. After a couple hours, the temperature dropped to the holding 85 C. There are 3 ways to pour water... 1st - manual with a pump at the top, 2nd while holding the Dispense button, and 3rd with a button pushed by cup, behind the spout (for one-hand operation). For the 2nd and 3rd method, an Unlock button has to be pressed first, for child-proofing and safety. After 10-15 seconds, the boiler auto-locks again. So far, it feels like a very well made product, easy to set up and use. A couple of negatives: - the digital display can be read only from above (narrow angle of visibility) - the metal body is rather warm to the touch (could be better insulated) Measurements: - 650 Watt while boiling => ~30 min to boil full volume of cold tap water - 27 kWh per month (2 adults) => ~$4 operating cost per month

Heats water perfectly
At first I was looking for just a pot to heat water for tea. After reading reviews I decided to go for this bigger container. I must admit it is nice to have hot water on demand any time of the day. It seems to heat up rather quickly for the amount of water it holds. The only thing I would like to see is an on/off button.
