Great product, very satisfied

Good product, Got it sevaral days ago, so far I'm very satisfied, easy to install, it works well with my ipad air , it's strong and sturdy enough to hold a heavy iPad. I would definitly recommend this holder to my friends.

Works great!

Bought this as a Christmas gift. After ordering was annoyed to get a message saying it wouldn't be delivered until after Christmas but very pleased that is was important to the seller to keep their word and it was delivered Christmas Eve day. Happy! As for the product, previous reviews nailed it. It works really well for my sister who loves to read in bed but because of neuropathy, holding a tablet can get painful. It is very sturdy and the "gooseneck" is stiff and stays where you arrange it. Very pleased.

Good quality

Love this! The gooseneck part is more robust than I expected. It could be used for Phone as well as pad. It holds firmly. I bought it before our trip and used it for my IPhone as a GPS. It worked well. Highly recommended!

Great Quality- Glad I got it!

Just got this today. At first I thought it would not fit my headboard and than straightened out the neck and got more space for the clamp! So happy with this! I told my husband a while ago someone needs to invent this kind of thing! He forwarded me a picture and I bought it right away! Super sturdy and tight! Great quality. We don't have TV in our house! Because to darn negative! So I watch Netflix from bed every once in a while. This handles it hitting my face if I fall asleep!

Everything it claims.

Bought it for holding an ipad, not small, not light. Sturdy clamp and firm arm. Works nicely. Takes a little fiddling to get to the right position but don't let other reviews put you off. I'm sixty-nine and not a big guy and I bent it to position with little trouble. You want it firm to hold up an ipad. Great product, would buy or gift.

Love this new gadget

Found this from game ad and went to amazon for reviews and chose this design. The clamp is adjustable with a grooved padding within clamp. I have a thick lipped headboard and it kept adjusting until fit exactly and the I tightened it. The plastic nut that secured clamp is several inches long so I carefully kept tightening the clamp and it stayed . The arm IS strong but needs it for stability and position direction choices. I am 68 and healthy so I did not have strength issues. It seems would great item for those unable to use limbs. I attach my ear buds and small apple iPad/iPhone 7. I hold the clamp while adjusting the position and direction of arm and it holds without sinking. I move and stretch it out slowly . I think it would fit other places easily because of adjustable clamp- a must have for adaptability and versatility if moving it to different spots. I haven’t tried larger iPads. But arm is strong. Evidently not all designs have this feature! I put an iPad on mine for movies or reading or podcasts. Haven’t moved it yet but thinking I could use in kitchen or office to stream and keep off counter from spills and create safe place for iPhone or iPad for sight and /or sound and work. The holder rotated vertically and horizontally. The holder is tight to hold them both without fear of slipping. So I’m enjoying this design and glad I bought it and would give as a gift or recommend based on my use experience so far!

Works on exercise machine

The other reviewers aren't kidding about this being stiff. It legitimately takes an effort to manipulate the neck, so do not buy if grip strength is a concern. However, that means I can put it on my rower and the (small) tablet doesn't bounce around. It would have been ideal to be able to easily move it from place to place and put in a different configuration for exercise viewing vs bed reading, and the construction doesn't facilitate that. What it does do is what I actually need it to: places my tablet at eye-height and holds it steady so I can watch something engaging while exercising, with correct posture and without a Blair Witch effect.

Wonderful creation!

What a grand idea! We visit family and when we go to bed we usually like to watch Acorn TV (no TV in guest rooms). NOW we easily can as we attach to headboard and view the show. So much better than falling asleep on it propped between us. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars for ease of use is because it is stiff when bending (and my hands are somewhat arthritic), but I manage it as it’s worth it to me! And once positioned it stays right where you want it...which is probably why it’s stiff.

Perfect for my son at my desk in my home office

I work from home two days a week and have a home office. My son loves spending time with me and I with him. However, working 40+ hours and add another 10+ hours of commuting makes the ever so precious time I get with him seem very little. I wanted to get something that I could attach to my in home office desk where he could sit next to me and play on a tablet or watch a movie while I worked so we could be in the same room interacting when possible between my work tasks. I have now had this for over 6 months and I can say that it does what it says. It has remained strong & sturdy mounted to a 1.5" thick desk with a Fire 8" HD tablet attached (also have used the 7"). Every now and then I also bring it into my bedroom and attach it to my night stand to watch a movie that is so good that it keeps up to late. OVERALL: Very pleased, would buy again in a heartbeat if I need another or if it breaks in the future PROS: 1.) Strong & Sturdy 2.) Value Priced 3.) Holds my 7" & 8" Fire Tablets very well vertically and Horizontally 4.) Mounts securely to multiple surface type & sizes 5.) Allows my little guy and me to spend more time together which is priceless :) CONS: 1.) Could be difficult for small children or the elderly to make certain adjustments as the cable is very rigid 2.) Can shake quite a bit when actively touching a tablet screen

Great Price, Perfect Stand

I love this. I had read reviews on other stands and this seemed to be the best one. I highly recommend this stand. It screws tight in places and the arm, while it is hard to bend, bends just enough so as to not flop around. I doubt you want an arm that flops around so it stays put very well. My device (iPhone 6 Plus) is held securely in place and fits perfectly. I have not tried this with my tablet yet but will and will edit this review. This is less expensive than other stands and worth every penny.
