Love these!

I love these! I bought from other company's and they are just Velcro, and these are metal clasps with adjustable straps which make them much more comfy to wear. Love these!

Well designed & made.

Many times the elastic that holds the flourishes is something that I call; "One-Size-Fits-None". The width of the elastic on these is perfect IMHO. The adjustable strap on these is an awesome feature that MORE than justifies the price. I'll be looking for plain colors of these to wear with Bermuda Shorts.

Kilt Tartan Flashes

These are flashes - they go at the top of your kilt hose to "splash" the tartan color and also serve as a garter of sorts if the hose are a bit stretchy and need help staying up.

Nice quality, but the actual swatches seem kind of large. The band is super snug though... possibly too snug for someone with large calves. But you could just replace the band, no biggie.

As expected

Exactly what I was looking for - easy to use and self-explanatory - look great with my black watch kilt. Worn to three RenFaires this fall, hopefully many more to come.

Comfy, nice, and sturdy construction can't miss!

Oh WOW! I bought these expecting them to be light and tight, but the elastic has a comfortable give and velcro enclosures so they stay over my stockings perfectly and don't bind my legs uncomfortably. I hardly knew they were on once I folded down my stocking tops! The colour was a tad darker than the picture, which matched the rest of my tartans PERFECTLY! I would highly recommend these to anyone!

Well made and look great

Well crafted and beautiful addition to any kilt attire. I recieved the McGregor tartan flashes and was very pleased with them.

Great product

VERY well made flashes. Have purchased 3 so far here and now another two today. Fun to mix and match with socks and shirts for cool color combinations (I will have green, grey, gunn tartan, blue and black) Just got back from Ventura Highland Games last weekend and the whole kilt, socks, flash thing looked great. Very good price on amazon. At the faire they were 22 dollars.
