Awesome product. The material is heavy duty, and is perfect for all of my needs. There is no sticking to the material, when properly floured, and a quick shake will clean and prepare for your next batch. I would recommend this couche to any serious-minded baker.

Quality Couche for baking

I bought it for daughter when I was visiting in Florida. I hope she starts baking bread as a hobby.

Great quality. There are some on amazon made using flax instead of cotton, but I noticed that they are a bit hairy. The Orblue Couche is quite thick and stiff, holding its form well.

Extremely well made

This beautifully stitched couche came yesterday! I'm so excited to take my bread making up a notch! While I haven't had the chance to actually use it yet, I am so impressed with the quality of this product for the price that I paid! It's not too heavy and seems to have just the right amount of stiffness. I'll update when I can get some baguettes made!

Actually works very well.

Easy to use and does what it is supposed to. Firm enough to hold creases and dough doesn't stick if properly prepared with flour. Used for several months and no need so far to clean. Just shake off excess flour. Highly recommend.

GREAT!! You'll never bake without it again!

I haven't needed a pastry cloth in a long time, but we pulled out some much loved family recipes this Christmas and a few of them are best made with one. I am soooooo happy with this purchase! It worked fabulously and I'm sure my daughter will be pulling it out in the future every time she makes grandma's bread!! I may even buy another to have on hand! Nice product and a nice company to purchase through! :)

Excellent baguette cloth

I use this for proofing 3-rise French bread. Works great. I rub in flour before proofing. The cloth is flexible enough to help roll the proofed bread onto a board for transfer to the stone.

Bakers Couche

This product was very helpful in the making of my ciabatta bread from scratch. It is sturdy and holds its form as described in the video I watched that instructed me how to roll out the multiple loaves of bread for the proofing and enabled me to successfully move the loaves to the sheet pan for baking. This process would have been much more difficult without the couch.

This is truly a great product and a good value. The customer service is second to none. I was contacted shortly after purchase to ensure I was satisfied with my new Baker's Couche. I was finally able to tri it out recently when baking some French Baguettes and it worked perfectly.
