Great set and value

The set had a coupon available when I purchased it. It’s amazing! I didn’t expect great quality when ordering because it’s a great price even without the coupon. The chopsticks have different designs on the end and I really love that. Worth noting: it’s easier to clean up if you wrap some cling film around the mat before rolling. A large ziplock bag is great too and can be washed. Save your money and skip the premise sushi. Make your own! It’s easy and this is a fab set for it.

Great for beginners and experienced rollers alike!

Loved the set! Great quality and two mats! I’d never used a spreader before, usually just gloved hands to apply rice but tried it out anyway. Well, the spreader worked great and if you’re making several rolls for yourself and others it’s nice, and looks more sanitary. I needed a new rice paddle as my old one was well, old. The chop sticks were good quality too! Very nice set! A quick email to Delanu got me a link to their new .pdf page for the download. Customer service was very quick and responsive. Very happy with the product and service received from Delanu. Price point was perfect! You really can’t go wrong here! I mean really! Just look at the California rolls I made! This set provided the right tools to do a fantastic job! Yum!!!

Worked Great

I love this sushi kit. Great for beginner like me. The value is great. I made vegan sushi for my wife and she loved it. The key to make a sushi roll is to buy the right rice. I bought Koshihikari rice, which is a very short grain rice. Wash the rice with cold water in a bowl by sturing then drain or use a colander. Do this about three times until water is clear. This allows excess starch to be removed. I cook it in a rice cooker its easy that way. The ratio is 1:1. For instance one cup rice one cup water. Once cooked I add a half teaspoon of sushi seasoning liquid to rice and stir. Leave for 5 min to set. Then evenly spread rice over Nori. Add what you want to center of roll. Roll it firmly. Cut and serve.

Rarely do I find a product that deserve 5 Stars straight across the board/in every aspect (features included). I've purchased many products on Amazon -none of which I've ever placed in the category of "above and beyond Excellent" but this is the one that happens to fit perfectly within this category. I then added the SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I experienced to this PERFECT PRODUCT and I can only say: Delamu Rock! In all honesty, I would definitely give this 100 Stars if possible. The entire Bamboo Sushi Kit is absolutely well made, easy to use, easy to clean, high-end restaurant quality, and durable. it was very nicely packaged, and instructions clear, in-depth and very easy to follow. No one (myself included) in my household has ever made Sushi before but (thanks to the enclosed instructions), there were no issues making it. Take a look at the pictures from preparing the ingredients to the final results of finished product. My daughter did an awesome job utilizing these products to make "FISH-FREE SUSHI" with Pickled Ginger on top (as depicted in pictures), was delectable! Finally, I highly recommend this set. It comes at a small cost but don't let that deter you--the quality and overall afore-mentioned features is undoubtedly above and beyond Excellent, thus (IMO), it is the Perfect product! Loooooove it!

Great sushi kit for someone who wants to learn a new skill!

I got this kit on a whim, basically I just wanted to try to make Sushi for the first time. For the price you can't really go wrong! The mats were great and the everything else included was helpful. It comes with an online guide which is nice , but you can also go online and find a ton of videos on how to roll sushi. I've made about 4 rolls over the course of two nights and am really satisfied. Making rolls is a breeze and fun! A great starter kit for anyone interested in trying this out.

Mats are a must for sushi making

Worked well. My first time making sushi and it turned out nice. The mat is definitely needed for easy sushi making. I wrapped it with plastic wrap to prevent rice getting stuck in the crevices. I already have a couple if rice paddles but now I have an extra one 😂. The spreader worked really well. Overall a very nice kit.

Got this for an at home dinner date for my wife’s birthday. Everything worked great, and the ebook was very helpful as well. I also didn’t realize it came with extra rolling mats and chop sticks, so that was an awesome surprise!
