Long time coming but worth the wait....
product was took a LONG time to get to us and was 2 days later than originally scheduled - but - the foundation is very nice and was extremely easy to put together. What we didn't realize is how our new memory foam mattress would slide on the metal frame but that was fixed with some yoga mats so all was well and we were finally able get the mattress off the floor. Would recommend but allow extra time to receive this is you are thinking of ordering.....

It was SUPER easy to put together
I decided to get the platform bed frame because my box spring was loud and squeaky. So loud and squeaky, that when I would turn over mid-sleep, the sound would wake me up! So I needed something to where I could get away without using the box spring, and this did the job! It was SUPER easy to put together, came with a few extra screws if needed, and took about 20 minutes. I don't know if I'm crazy or not, but I've slept like a rock since I bought this, and I have zero pains when I wake up. I'm not sure if the bed frame is making a difference or not, so I'm not going to question it! I was also worried about the max weight on this, but I was worrying for nothing. I am 6'2", 350lbs. and it holds me perfect. I think I read that the max weight is 500, but I feel like it can definitely hold a little more than that. I am very happy with this purchase!

Well packed and easy instructions
SUPER easy to assemble--I am a 5'4", 61 year old woman and I had it together in a half hour. Seems very sturdy. We got it for a guest bedroom and I wanted storage underneath it. I can stack 2 rolling 'underbed' totes, and regular crates or most totes will fit under it. The outer corner legs are kind of 'toe catchers' so one needs to be aware of that. With just a mattress on, it is just the right height. I read many comments before purchasing this, and used a nonslip rug mat between the mattress and frame to keep the mattress in place. Be aware that you will probably need to purchase extra long bolts to attach a headboard, but it does provide for attaching to the legs. Everything came packed very well, with protective plastic over all the parts. All the tools required to assemble it are provided.

I am very impressed
I purchased a new foam mattress and subsequently needed a new bed frame/foundation. Honestly, ever since I was a wee lad, I have always used the same style bed frame to accommodate a box spring. I had no idea how many bed frame/foundation options there are. After my usual overkill of research and reading of reviews, I settled on this one. My biggest fear was the quality of the welds (many photos of broken welds). The welds look flawless and sufficient. Not a single scratch or dent to be seen. All threads look good. Based upon the handful of reviews saying they needed to re-tighten or stating the bed squeaks, I opted to use LocTite (the Blue kind) on all threads prior to tightening of the bolts. This should be a good measure, at least.

Very easy to put together by myself
Very easy to put together by myself! Loved the Allen wrenches to tighten the bolts as I'm probably not as strong as my husband to hand tighten. The Allen wrenches made it better for me to get a grip on it. Fits perfectly into my platform bed. So far so good!

Lay Out The Pieces First
This metal frames is holding up quite well. It’s a strong frame with good height (14”) if you’d want to use that space for storage. I was able to assemble this frame by myself in less than a half hour, as my husband had knee surgery & couldn’t help. Instructions were easy to understand. First I laid all of the pieces out on the floor to match the diagram & to make sure that each piece was in it’s proper place. I matched A to A then B to B, C to C & so on. After matching all of the pieces, then I attached them with the Allen wrenches provided. It was easy.

Great basic bed, can't go wrong here
This was a breeze to put together. The directions were so clear (numbered steps that correspond to numbers on the parts so you literally know which part to use for each step). It honestly was easier to put together than the desk chair I got from Staples. I'm a small female and I had absolutely no issues lifting any of the parts. All you need is an Allen wrench (which comes with the bed). From start to finish, took less than half an hour. Very attractive, sturdy, and not squeaky at all. I put a low profile boxsprint plus a mattress on top so it's a little high but I love the height. I love that I'll be able to easily vacuum underneath or store things under there. I'm very happy with this purchase and would totally buy it again. I randomly found it through doing a bunch of searches and reading a lot of reviews, so this is totally an unbiased opinion :).

this thing is sturdy. There's also a ton of storage space underneath
So, I just bought a new mattress, and I was cruising through the warehouse deals when I saw this bed for $34!!!!!!!!!!! (As an aside, I <3 the warehouse!) I read the reviews and took the plunge. The box got here, and it was big. I'm a fairly small woman and I live on the second floor-getting the thing inside was a challenge. After much wrestling (and even more cursing when I dropped it on my foot), I started to rip it open. Dear lord. They must have used 15 rolls of tape. The original box was shredded, then mummified with tape and reboxed. Getting into the box was the hardest part of putting this bed together. I did it by myself (well, there was a three year old assisting me with the counting) in 26 minutes start to finish. You don't need to be strong or handy, you honestly don't even need to know how to read. I laid the pieces out in the basic shape first to make sure everything was there. Then you literally just screw it together in order (everything is clearly marked). The slats are close enough together to provide a solid support for the mattress, so bunkies or boxspring needed. And wow, this thing is sturdy. There's also a ton of storage space underneath, and it has the openings to attach a headboard. However, nothing in life is perfect; the bed has a few little nonslip stickers on it, but they really don't do enough. There aren't any tabs around the edges or anything. It's really not too bad though. Even with a bed skirt, I only end up adjusting the mattress about 1-2 inches a day. For the price, it's totally worth it!!

Sturdy n Easy Assemble
This is a great basic bed frame. I got it for my moms spare room since she got a new TnN bed (does not need box spring). I was able to put it together really fast. My mother was there to help but it could have been done just as easily without her being there. She can use the underneath for storage - which was a selling point. The only non-issue / issuer I have is that I will have to go purchase longer screws to attach the headboard we bought.

Great frame, awesome assembly.
This is a really great bedframe! Looks nice, really sturdy construction, and they really thought through the assembly. About that assembly. Every screwhole has a number next to it; you start by matching up the two that have the number 1 on them and inserting the screw. The allen wrenches needed to turn the screws are included, as are a few spare screws (labeled as such so you don't think you're messing up when you don't need them). Then you proceed to the ones that have 2 on them and so on. After number 11 you put the slats in and you're done. None of the numbers are visible once you're done. I recommend just going finger-tight on the screws and then going back around and tightening them once they're all in (but before the slats) because otherwise it might be tough to get some of them to go in. But I did it by myself in about 20 minutes, and I was moving fairly lazily and misplacing stuff and whatnot. All in all I was pretty impressed with the ease of the process. As for the frame itself, as I said it's sturdy and good looking. It's also a good height in my opinion; I put a Casper mattress directly on it (no box spring) and it ended up right at the height my old "crappy fold-up metal frame+box spring+regular mattress" setup. To quantify that, it's 26" from the floor to the top of the mattress. It also has 14 1/8" clearance from the floor to the bottom of the frame, which is exactly enough to fit a Sterilite 19889804 70qt storage container underneath. As I bought a 4-pack of those the same day I bought this frame with that intent, that worked out just as I'd hoped. Anyway, really happy with this frame. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.
