Absolutely LOVE this thing. What a lifesaver when you have a crawler/cruiser and you need to leave the room real quick. DO NOT put it in the washing machine. I did without even reading the warning. It shrunk. So yeah I’m buying another one and have it delivered tomorrow cause we can’t live without it!

I am truly happy with this purchase and highly suggest, if you are in the market for a indoor/outdoor play pen for humans and/or animals. I was torn between the Summertime Infant Pop n' Play and the Regalo Portable Playard, so like any Amazonite, I took to the reviews. The price point is unbeatable and the functionality is impecable. This playpen is dummy proof and extremly easy to travel with. If you are a mommy I am sure you can appreciate that it also happens to be light weight and take no time at all to set-up and tear down. Dog mom's, if you travel a lot and are able to bring your fur baby I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product. MJ would agree.

This has been used for 3 months now by our now 9 month old and it's been awesome! It's become a staple in her daily play-time and made its way through 2 hotels when we traveled (fit well in the back of our Scion XD). It's a lot like carrying an extra long fold up camping chair in a bag with a strap. It can be a little awkward if you have your hands full of luggage but we found it manageable and easier than any other play yard we've seen. It can take up a little more room than other play yards but that was exactly what we wanted. She's not pulling herself up on the edges and chewing on the material around the edges so we'll see how that holds up. Also, the metal support bars around the outside can pose as a hazard when your baby falls. She's hit her head on them a few times but has yet to do it badly enough for us to feel like they're unsafe. If they do begin to feel unsafe we'll probably cut up some pool noodles or some pvc insulators and wrap them in foam. Pros Quick setup and tear down Larger play area Easy to put in the car / portable Cons Takes up more room (if you don't want that) Metal support bars can be bumped into by baby when they fall or roll around

This is by far one of my favorite baby purchases! I love how portable it is, it's so easy to move from room to room so my twins can play in it while I shower or do dishes. The locks on each side make it easy to open all the way and keep open, unlike other brands. I highly recommend!

This “play pen” has been a game changer. I call it the Octagon (but it’s actually a hexagon) because let’s face that sounds cooler than play pen! We are able to place our daughter in here and allow her to play while we are able to do other things. It is more spacious than a standard pack and play and set up was a breeze. We added foam insulation to the support bars to make it seem safer, but truthfully this probably wasn’t necessary. Our daughter prefers hanging out in here to her standard pack and play

This is super portable and totally contains my almost walking ten month old in my parents unbabyproofed house. My 2.5 year old can Escape it but he enjoys hanging out in it. Bottom needs padding under it or to be on a rug

I was debating between this and the Summer Infant Pop N' Play Portable Playard, so I ordered both since there was free returns and I could just send one back. Here is a quick comparison: Regalo: (The one I'm keeping) --Removable bottom and netting (and mine is already dirty after a week or so of use) --Much easier to set up and fold down- just two bars on the bottom of either side to pull or push down with your foot --A bit more cheaply made, so if you have older kids who want to climb in and out (like I do), this might not wear as well. I have popped stitches on the top of all 6 small blue covers around the top rim, but I don't think it should affect the performance. Summer: (The one I'm returning) --Bottom isn't removable (and the bottom of the Regalo is already dirty after a week or so of use) --More time-consuming to set up/fold down- you have to go to six attachments that are tightly held on, one on the bottom of each "V", and slide it off (not as simple as it sounds:) --Materials seem better. I don't think the popped stitches I have on the Regalo would happen on the Summer (but I had a 2yo and two 4yos climbing in and out, too) So all in all, I like the Regalo for the ease of set up/folding and the option to remove the bottom and netting to wash. I have some pictures comparing the two, as well as the popped stitches on the Regalo, the corresponding grey part on the Summer, the folding bar vs the attachments to fold the Summer, and some more material comparison. Blue is Regalo, green is Summer. Update: I contacted Regalo just to let them know what I liked, but also what I thought needed improvement (stitches ripping), and they sent me another play yard for free, without my even asking! So, great customer service there!

Love it for my 7 month old who rolls everywhere. Great for my small apartment and enough room for him to play and roll. The summer pop up canopy which says people buy together, does NOT fit. So save your return, don't buy together Update: After 5 days, he put a hole in it with his foot. That 7 month old is now 2 years old with a 4 month old sister. I sewed the hole and we are still using it to this day. Seriously best money ever spent.
