I absolutely love Grout-eez!!! So easy to use and IT REALLY WORKS!!! My kitchen floor looks awesome! I definitely recommend this product for the person that is looking for an Easy way of cleaning their grout, not a lot of effort, and results are amazing!

Grout-eez is hands down the best grout cleaner you'll find, requires the least amount of work, and is backed by amazing, quick support. There's no paste to clean up, filmy or powdery residue, or much labor involved. Feel free to read about my experience, or skip to the end for my suggestions. We have light tan grout that was mildly dirty (mostly just splotchy in spots), but it hadn't been properly cleaned in years. I spent a week cleaning our grout; I began with all the DIY methods like vinegar, peroxide, OxiClean, etc. then moved on to grout-specific chemicals like Zep, CLR, and others. Nothing was making a difference, but fortunately most cleaners have guarantees so you can return them for a full refund. Finally, I bit the bullet and got Grout-eez (I say that only because it's "expensive" compared to most cleaners). Fantastic results! Save yourself the time and trouble and just get it. Immediately upon squirting it onto the grout it fizzed and started pulling out dirt. After letting it dwell for 10 minutes, I scrubbed and it appeared as dirty soapy water. At first, I was disappointed after it dried because the stains only seemed to have moved. The rinse water was filthy so it was definitely cleaning better than anything I had tried, but the grout didn't appear cleaner. I tried it again and got similar results, so I contacted The Floor Guys. Shari herself responded and worked with me to get the best results. After one more Grout-eez attempt and three days of drying (to ensure the grout was fully dry), the grout was better but still not clean. She could have easily just offered me a refund, blamed it on something, or claimed it was cleaned to satisfaction, but she knew their product worked better than that, so she sent me Stone-eez as a pre-cleaner. It arrived promptly so I resumed cleaning. I made a 1:8 solution (unlike Grout-eez, it's concentrated and needs to be mixed with water), applied it to the grout, let it dwell, rinsed, cleaned with Grout-eez, and rinsed again. When it dried the grout was clean! I recommend contacting The Floor Guys if you are unsatisfied in any way. They will work with you, willing to go so far as to contact their chemists to determine a solution. Most grout should clean easy, and in fact most of mine did. My tests spots just happened to be tough spots with heavy grease that wasn't typical and needed the more potent Stone-eez. From the images you can see the before, after Stone-eez, and after Grout-eez results of one of my tough spots; again, Stone-eez is not necessary and most of my grout cleaned up without it. I offer the following suggestions based on my experience: * Follow the instructions: squirt, dwell, agitate, rinse. You don't need to scrub it in beforehand or scrub much; just agitate. * Dwell time is effectively "wet time". Let the Grout-eez dwell while the grout appears wet and shiny, then rinse before it soaks into the grout. If an area dries fast, squirt additional Grout-eez to keep it wet for the 5-10 minutes. * When rinsing, a sponge mop is best, a sponge is great, and a towel is okay. The idea is to soak up the dirty liquid, not push it back into the grout. * Some grout can be be very porous and remain wet (dark) for up to three days. Allow ample dry time before deciding which areas need more attention. * If some areas don't get clean after two applications of Grout-eez, consider purchasing Stone-eez as a pre-cleaner. Grout-eez is great for everyday dirt and grease, but some muck requires the stronger alkaline cleaner.

Nothing has ever gotten my kitchen floor so clean. Hardest part was letting it sit long enough to work. I always want to rinse right away and time is the key to clean

When my bathroom was renovated, I did not know that the grout needs to be sealed after installation. Over time, the grout got dirty in the spots that are most walked on. I tried bleach, enzyme cleaners and other products, but nothing worked. I first bought one bottle of Grout-Eez Super Heavy-Duty Grout Cleaner, cleaned the grout according to the instructions, and it worked. I immediately ordered two more bottles so I could clean another tiled area in my home. I will use StoneTech BulletProof Sealer to seal the grout once I have finished. I have used StoneTech BulletProof Sealer before with great results. But you have to clean the grout first (or apply sealer 48 hours after grout has been installed). This review, as always, is based solely on my personal use and is not a paid or otherwise compensated review. I just want to share how good this product actually is! I wish I'd taken before and after pics.

My friend told me about Grout-eez and I thought I would try it on my kitchen tile before I tore it out and put in new floor. I can't believe it cleaned that grout!!! I'm going to contact them about getting a sealer so it will stay this nice. My friend let me use the brush she got from them and I didn't even have to get on my hands and knees!! THANKS Floor Guys!

I've tried a variety of methods to clean white grout on the bathroom floor. This product worked the best and restored the grout color from a slight gray to the original white. Watch video on The Floor Guys website before using. It provides helpful hints and if you follow those, you'll be able to clean your floor grout without straining your back or knees. Also, the customer service from The Floor Guys is excellent. They respond quickly to email inquiries. I used a scrub brush I already had in the closet, but I recommend you get one of the scrub brushes that can be attached to a broom handle as suggested in The Floor Guys' video. Also, be sure to order a bottle of the grout sealer. Then you can go for many months of regular washing without having to do anything special to the grout

This stuff is amazing! When my boyfriend and I recently bought our house, I knew the grout needed to be tackled. I mean, look at it.. It was like the people who lived here before never cleaned *insert puke emoji here* There was grout so overfilled with dirt it actually crept up onto the tile. I tried EVERYTHING and nothing would work. I felt defeated. I caved and bought grout eez and am so glad I did. Don’t be fooled, I still needed to use elbow greese, a vibrating grout brush, and it did take some time, but no matter how much I scrubbed with other cleaners (I tried 8 different cleaners and 3 DIYs), they didn’t even make a dent in the dirt. I will still probably go over my kitchen again, just to even out some areas where I clearly scrubbed harder than others. But I honestly don’t even think I would have had to use elbow greese if the floor wasn’t as bad as it was. Either way.. GET THIS STUFF! The pictures: first is before *insert puke emoji again*, second and third is after of the same tile, and the fourth is half the grout cleaned and half not

Amazing grout cleaner! I've attached before and after pictures. Fast acting with fantastic results!

I never leave reviews on Amazon but this grout cleaner deffenitly deserved a review. I tried three other cleaners before buying Grout-eez and they did nothing but waste my time and money. Grout-eez got my grout perfectly clean in no time plus it was easy to use and no oder. I'll never use another grout cleaner.

This product was fantastic! I recommend a couple of things in using it. First, make sure you have really THICK protective gloves (not the usual plastic ones you use to wash dishes, thicker than that if possible) and wear goggles as recommended by the company. For best results apply product to dirty grout and let it sit for a good 5-10 min.(again, as recommended). No, really - go have a cup of coffee and come back! I tried both ways - I'm impatient, but found it really does better to let it soak in for few minutes before you start scrubbing. I also ordered the Fuller brand grout scrubber HEAD attachment only (not with the pole - unnecessary!!) and with this product, worked like a charm. This grout was in a very dirty bathroom that had been occupied by 3 bachelors for few years so you can imagine how gross the grout was. It looks like new! (see pics) Here's the name of the scrubber head on Amazon if you want to order it too - only $7.99 (you can screw it onto any broom pole, etc. that you already have since the head itself oscillates).
