Saved a beloved clock for my sister-in-law!

My sister-in-law in Chicago has a weird thing about flamingos! And she had a flamingo clock that she loved so much she kept it on the wall even after its electric movement had died. Finally, though, just before Thanksgiving, she'd thrown it in the trash. When I heard her complain about this loss, I urged her to bring it back in the house. I checked the part numbers and ordered this product. That was on a Wednesday. Two days later (right after Thanksgiving!) the new movement arrived. It was a very simple matter to install it. And voila! A very happy sister-in-law! The only warning I would make is that this movement comes with only one size of hands, which were too long for the clock. Fortunately, I'd kept the old hands and they fit on just fine. Too often in this country, we just throw away things that seem broken. But products like this can extend the life of things we enjoy at a very low price!

On Time and Keeping Time

I have a large wall clock for my lanai and the movement had gone bad. The replacement by LilyGlory was a perfect fit and my clock is back to keeping the correct time. Quick delivery as well.

Easy to assemble; accurate

With replacement clock movements, it's important to buy one that is the proper shaft diameter and length so do measure and compare with the specs. As well, pay attention to the length of the hands or you end up with a really funky-looking clock. This movement (and hands) fit the bill so I ordered it and it arrived well packaged so nothing was damaged. I followed the included directions, set the time, mounted the clock on the wall, and waited 24 hours to verify accuracy. Yep. Now I'm good for another 20 years. :D

Fixed my favorite large wall clock

Once we determined which size to order, this clock movement arrived quickly. All parts were in the box, we exchanged the old one and YAY! our favorite large wall clock is working again. Very happy we didn't have to find a replacement for a treasured clock.

DYI Clock Repair Worked Great!

Received this product and it worked out great! Very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend the product but be sure to order it with the hands since they are made for the new clock mechanism.

Fixed a wall clock!

I needed to replace the clock movement on a wooden clock that we bought from a vendor on amazon. the movement in that clock only lasted few months. Looking at the issue and the overall cost; i thought it might be just easier to buy this part and replace it myself. The most important thing is to measure to ensure it would work for your clock width. So far so good. I don't know how long it will last...lets hope years! the one I replaced seems from the same company.
