This is a really nice pillow.

In addition to a mattress topper, I felt like I needed a new pillow to help alleviate back issues and sleep problems I was having. I had tried a memory foam pillow, but that had actually made the pain in my back worse, so I went back to a normal pillow until I found a solution. The problem I had was there were so many different companies pushing so many different pillows. I can't place exactly what drew me to this pillow, but I liked the idea that if it wasn't up to your standard, they'd send more foam to you to make the adjustment you think you need. This was a major selling point for me. That and who can resist a pillow with snuggle in it? Upon first receiving it and letting it expand, it felt okay. I wasn't certain if it needed more foam, but I wanted to give it a couple of days before I decided. Relief-Mart contacted me right away though and gave me the rundown of what they could do to help if I wasn't satisfied and that was real nice of them. I mentioned it felt it needed to be a bit more firm, so without delay, they sent me a package of foam that I could add in that was a bit more firm than what was in the pillow already. I added the foam and the pillow felt much better. I do believe this pillow in conjunction with the memory foam topper has tremendously aided in me sleeping better. I'm not waking up so much and my back is so much better in the morning now. It used to take at least an hour for me to be able to move around properly because of how stiff my back was and not having that in the morning anymore is such a difference. I also don't have issue with sweating with this pillow. It feels cool to the touch, so that along with my mattress topper has nearly eliminated me waking up in a sweat, something that was a big problem prior to having these two products. So don't despair if you buy this pillow and it doesn't feel right. You can add or remove foam as you see fit to make it as comfortable as you want it to be and that's such a big help. Relief-Mart will work with you to make the pillow better, so make sure you contact them if you aren't happy with it. And no, I'm not paid to say this. I'm speaking from my own experience with them. The communication was good and the extra foam they sent made the pillow that much better for me. Okay, so they did send me a free pillow case. That was nice of them. I do recommend this pillow a lot. It's adjustable and that makes so much of a difference.

Best pillow out there! Seriously!

I seriously can’t say enough good about these pillows! I just purchased my 6th pillow so that each family member has one at home, my husband has one at the fire station and my son going off to college will now also one. Since they aren’t cheap I started off getting one just for my husband and I. I love that these can be customized simply by opening them via the side zipper and taking out the filler inside. They even send you a card offering to send more complimentary filler should you need that although these pillows are full!! That being said though they aren’t hard in my opinion at all. They’re perfect! I’m both a side and back sleeper and am finally sleeping through the night because of these pillows. They stay true to their form as well as cool. They are a bit heavy but that’s because these are serious pillows!! It’s now been a year since our first purchase and our pillows still look and feel brand new. I’ve never been able to say that about any other pillow. That’s when I knew it was worth spending the money for the additional 4 pillows. Did I mention that this company cares about its customers too? They reach out via email to make sure you’re happy and if you’re ever in need they’re there to help solve your concern. The Best Pillow Ever!

I am over joyed with this pillow! I have purchased at least 4 pillows in the past year, with all being a minimum of $45 and at least one that was closer to $100. I had not considered buying a pillow on-line, but decided "why not", because you really can't test pillows in a department store. I typically look for organic products and the bamboo cover on the pillow did catch my attention. I have had the most success with some type of foam pillow because others do not seem to provide enough support for me. I sleep very warm, and in fact, typically over heat at night, no matter the temperature. Your pillow is keeping me cool, and it is so very comfortable! My neck and shoulders are feeling much better, and I believe that the support has helped me mitigate the number of severe headaches I was having. I purchased the king size pillow, and I have not had the need to “rearrange” the pillow numerous times through the night. I am finally getting some healthy, restful sleep!

Worth every penny!

I suffer from neck problems and chronic migraines. I’m a side sleeper. My issue with pillows are they are always uncomfortable, too hard, or go flat too fast. I have LOTS of pillows! Not sleeping with your neck properly aligned leads to neck issues and pain, and in my case, a dislocated c-1 vertebrae. This led to constant, literally daily to every other day, migraines. I would need to get my neck readjusted every other day, and who has money for that many chiropractor visits! When this pillow arrived, I tried it as is for a week. It was too bulky and hard for me, so I removed some of the stuffing. I tried it for a few more weeks. It was still too hard, BUT, my neck no longer hurt, and my migraines have all but stopped! I have had one migraine in two weeks when I was having 8-10. I emailed their customer service, and they sent me some softer pillow stuffing. Now my pillow is perfect! I will definitely be recommending this pillow to everyone I know!

Great pillow and great customer service.

I have been sleeping on this pillow for a couple of weeks now and I am really enjoying it. My old pillow was a combination pillow that was down-alternative filling with a cooling memory foam topper on it (sounds weird but it was great to sleep on), but I was having a hard time finding a new one like it and settled on this pillow from Snuggle-Pedic after comparing it against reviews of the famous MyPillow. I figured with the money back guarantee I couldn't go wrong and this one had much more consistent good reviews than the MyPillow. I love that the pillow is customizable - I'm a side sleeper and prefer a taller pillow to support my neck. This was a little firm out of the box (it arrived all compacted and rolled up but only needed a few minutes to fluff - I did let it air out for a few hours as it had a bit of a smell to it at first, which had subsided by the time I settled in for bed) but it is very easy to remove some of the filling and adjust it to however you would like. You can even get a hold of the company and they will send you more filling if you need an even firmer pillow! Not long after receiving my pillow I got an email from Snuggle-Pedic asking if I would be interested in a free organic pillow case for my new pillow. Yes please! It's worth every penny.

60$ for a pillow is way too much.... until you use it. It was immediately super comfortable right out of the bag. I sleep side and back, and this pillow (with no added fluff) is thick enough and dense enough where my head doesn't sink to the bottom.

Loving my new pillow! It took a few nights and some adjusting but finally found the perfect fill. My wife may be getting one soon. FYI my Chiropractor swears by this pillow and was the one that recommended it as the best on the market, especially for pain from sleeping in poor positions. This will be your pillow for life!

Best pillow for bad shoulder

I have been waiting a few weeks before writing this just to make sure I give a good opinion. I have an 10 year old fx of my shoulder that has given me much pain and sleepless nights over the years. Recently I slept at my sons house and used one of their bamboo pillows for about 10 days. I was reluctant at first because it was heavy and dense and I am used to light and mushy. What a difference after the 10- days. My shoulder which was really bad was getting better. I did not know what the name of the pillow was that they had so when I got home I ordered this one because it got such great reviews. It is a little smelly at first but this pillow has changed my sleep for the better. Because it is firm and denser it helps to keep my head and neck on a level that keeps me from putting pressure on my shoulder ( I am a side sleeper) It is firm enough to keep my head up yet still soft enough that is comfortable for my head. I really cannot say enough about how much this one thing has helped the pain in my shoulder. I called the place just to see if maybe I should add for stuffing and they were very helpful and nice and gave me some suggestions. It is so nice not hating having to go to bed
