Great choice
This set of thread make my life so much easier by their range of neutrals. I can top stitch on most fabrics with any one of the three when I don't wand the stitching to stand out too much.

Proven Performance!
I'm the Santa who bought these as a stocking stuffer for my wife. She uses Aurifil cotton thread almost exclusively for quilting, handbags and general mending. She absolutely loves Aurifil thread, and I love all the money we save by using it. I mean, compare the cost of small spools of thread at stores and multiply it out to equal the yardage of one of these big spools of Aurifil. You'll be stunned at the savings!_____ I'm also the one who cleans out and lubricates her Juki sewing machine. Even after a huge quilting project there is precious little fuzz/lint to be cleaned out. Cheaper thread would create lots more, which can eventually clog up the works._____ This set of three spools was the best deal I could find anywhere. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Aurifil cotton thread!

Strong thread and blends well
These colors are perfect for piecing and quilting because they blend so well with all colors. Aurifil is very thin and strong so it is easy to do scant 1/4 inch seams which is very important to quilters.

High quality, reliable, color works with EVERYTHING
Total staple of my quilting process. For piecing and machine quilting (though some ppl prefer 40 wt for quilting, I've never had any issue using this--and I love not needing to change bobbin and top thread between steps... And Lord knows I'd never be able to keep straight which weight was on which bobbin once it was wound)

Love this thread
Really nice for quilting. Thread is smooth and still a nice weight, doesn't shed lint like others. I've used it on both machines, desk/table machine and on my hobby quilter and had no problems with either (eg the machines liked it too!).

Terrific thread and price
I do a lot of free motion quilting and this is a great thread for that. At 50 wt it does not build up so is great for backtracking and creating a lighter weight quilt with good drape. If matching you fabric color this is almost invisible, allowing the quilting and loft to be the star. I also like this for contrasting colors, too when I want the stitching to show. Produces more lint in my Q20 than I like but is a great thread. This package deal is a good price, too.

THERE IS NO BETTER THREAD.
THERE IS NO BETTER THREAD. I resisted Aurifil for TWO YEARS. I didn't want to believe that it was any better than my loyal Gutterman. It's not 'better' but it definitely is different. And I do LOVE it! I will still use my other threads but I look forward to purchasing more Aurifil for quilting when my Gutterman runs out. I am a quilter, bag maker and occasionally make clothes.

Very little lint
Love the thread. Perfect weight for quilting. This thread leaves little to no lint and my 1/4” seams are much more accurate. My Janome really likes this thread.

50 WT Aurifil thread is the best brand for quilting
I have found over the years that 50 WT Aurifil thread is the best brand for quilting: both for piecing and machine quilting on a domestic sewing machine. It is finer than other cotton thread in its weight and doesn't produce as much lint. I have tried quite a few other brands but they make more lint and aren't as fine. So I keep coming back to 50 WT Aurifl for my quilting needs. I use the neutral colors for piecing and the bright colors for machine quilting.

GREAT piecing thread - perfect colors for sewing your fabric pieces together.
This Aurifil set is perfect for piecing. The price is reasonable. It's my favorite thread these days. It's thin and that makes piecing fit together nicely.
