Lights not just for Christmas anymore!

I actually purchased these lights to use in a Halloween costume for an autistic, disabled child... I dressed up his wheelchair to be a Police car. These lights were perfect (with some added accents) to create the flashing head lights and red and blue blinker lights on the police car! It looked AWESOME! After Halloween, I re-purposed the lights to create "fairy" lights surrounding the child's little sister's bed, where they remain to this day!

Just right where there is no power outlet

Planned on using the 100 light set to run along a bannister up and down stairs along with garland for Christmas decorations. The set is about 30' long and the run I had was about 20' so I figured 10' extra would do the trick...think again. You don't know how much you lose when wrapping. Moral of the story, if you think you are close, go with the 200 light set. Ended up using them in another location and ordered the 200 light set. Other than my own issue, the light set works great. It does in fact shut itself off after 6 hours and turn back on after 18 hours to the same setting you had it at. I use these indoors but it appears they would work outside (I would still shield the controller from direct rain).

Amazing

These little lights were absolutely amazing. They produced bright light and the batteries lasted the entire holiday season. The lights were easy to set up outside and I like the fact that you could select the type of light display that you desired, and they would come on automatically at the same time each day and go off after 6 hours. For example, if you set the lights to come on at 6 in the evening, they would go off at midnight and repeat each day. Just set and forget them.

I enjoyed all of the different settings

Accidentally ordered cold white but I was pleasantly surprised and kept them. I enjoyed all of the different settings. I used them on my front entrance banister to tie down garland for holiday decorating, nice to not have to deal with extension cords. One set of batteries lasted the whole holiday season and did well outdoors. The timer was a great function because I only had to set it once and I felt better about it seeming like the house was occupied while we were out visiting family.

Outstanding LED Lights

I got these as the deal of the day and I wish now that I would've bought more than two at the price they were. I LOVE these lights. They are on a black string and the LED's are cold white, which are so pure white looking. I used a strand outside for decoration on my porch and one set inside in my candle holder. These lights have several different light settings and a timer. 6 hours on and 18 hours off so that you aren't running down the three AA's you have to use. Some of the nicest battery operated lights I have seen on Amazon. I am so happy I got them.

Lighting up my Life

So I ordered these lights to decorate my room a little bit. (I try to pretend I’m not dead inside) anyway, the lights came and as I unraveled and unraveled.... and unraveled, I had way too many lights for my little room. I wrapped these lights around my room twice and made a design on my wall. So, that happened. As far as the quality goes, the lights are very bright but not bright enough to bother me at night when I’m going to sleep. Also, they are not bright enough to double as a nighttime reading light. So they are literally there to attempt to spark some inner child within me or something (or at least that’s what my therapist says). The settings are very cool, allowing me to swap between light displays with a click of a button. (I keep it on one setting regardless but it’s a cool feature) One last thing, because they’re on a 6 hour timer, I left them on when I left for work in the morning. I happened to not come home for the next few days. When I returned, the lights came on and scared the life out of me. However, the battery had not wavered. They were just as bright as they were before being left running for 3 1/2 days. All in all, I’m happy with this purchase.

Awesome Outdoor Decor

we used these lights as a campsite new years eve decor. (ordered 4). we had one around the outdoor restroom area and it was enough light to keep the area properly lit. we had the other 3 around our campsite and it really just helped with the ambiance of the night. the different settings were an added bonus. I was very pleased with these lights. it's been raining the past couple of days, so I will soon be able to tell their waterproof durability.

On time, so far so good

I am into the second week of battery life and so far so good. These are supposed to work for 30 days on 2 AA batteries. I have lots of AA batteries, so totally pleased with a product that uses them. I put these around the ceiling as a border so there would be light when I arrive home and the timer is working perfectly. I was surprised to find I like the color, too. It resembles strong moon light. Very happy with these lights.

Lights functioned perfectly even while wet

So after MY purchase, me wife-4-life takes them Outside where (of course) it rained on the lights and battery boxes. Amazingly, the unit timers and lights re-lit the next day. Battery life = good battery brand, but that's YOUR choice. 99-Cent Store brand was good for 2 weeks. Just saying.

Worked so well I bought more...

These worked great; liked them so much I bought more. I bought the first strand to use on my front door wreath. The warm white was a nice warm color for LED. The timer and battery life was great. I ran them every day with the timer set for 6hrs, from 12/10-1/6. We had some very cold weather (lows near 0) and I only had to replace the batteries once.
