Good choice
Got this for 8 month grandson who is on the verge of crawling. It is great. He always reaches for it when it gets close and occasionally tries to get to it, which is the whole point. The sounds don't drive adults crazy like so many infant toys do, and it stops moving after a short while if no interaction. It seems very durable.

Worth all the buzz!
Home run! That is the only way I can describe the Skip Hop Explore & More Follow-Me Bee Crawl Toy. I think it can be difficult to score big with gifts for babies, but this little bee is a solid pick. I bought this for my granddaughter whom even at an early age of 5 months, does not have a poker face. She doesn't arbitrarily hand out coos and smiles for things that don't amuse her. Lol, I believe genetics play a role in this phenomena. Like her grandmother writing this review, she just can't fake enthusiasm. But this little bee is worthy of all the buzz. My granddaughter was very tired when I introduced this toy, which to be honest, worried me a bit, but I was too excited to wait. As soon as I turned on this busy little bee, she was mesmerized. The lights, the movement, and music immediately caught her attention. She watched fixated as the little cloud circled close to her. She reached for it every time it passed by, smiling and kicking her feet wildly, and trying desperately to capture the little bee on top. When she caught the little bee on top, with assistance at this point, the rattle was soft enough and light enough she could hold it. This toy entertained not only her but the family that loves to watch her as she inches closer to the milestone of crawling. The music is electronic produced but not annoying. The toys mobility was better than I excepted. It was able to go from tile to rug on its own. Skip Hop Explore & More has created a truly exceptional product with the Follow-Me Bee Crawl Toy. With its very reasonable price point, its a must have. My granddaughter loves this toy! And I love that she does!

Fun toy
Fun toy but my 7 year old learned the hard way not to put it on her head, right as I was warning her. We play a game of putting toys and things one our head to make our 10 month old laugh. But with this toy that did not end well and we had to cut some of her hair, the hair that wasn't ripped out right away, luckily I was right there or it might have been pretty bad. But overall very fun toy that my baby has really enjoyed!

Son LOVES this toy and works on our carpet
It took a few weeks for my son to really get into this, but now that he is really crawling he loves this toy. He’s starting to figure out how to put the bee back in the cloud to make it go again. Once your baby because an experienced, fast crawler, they can catch it easily even on the most difficult setting. It also worked decently well on our low pile area rug.

Excellent toy!
Ok, we just had our 3rd baby in October and werent sure on what to give her for xmas. But our other kids are old enough to love and enjoy xmas so Santa couldnt just not bring their new baby sister any presents. I found this, and let me tell you they all 3 LOVE this toy. The baby (3 months) obviously doesnt crawl but she does love laying on the ground and watching it roam around the room. My older kids, 6 and 3 years, love warching it too - endless laughs and fun. Cant wait (well, yes I can) until she starts to crawl around and play with it!

Perfect for the crawling one
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this! The dog on the other hand not so much. There are 2 different settings for your little one to follow around depending of course on how much he/she moves. I think this is a perfect gift to help the little ones play follow my lead. I also like the fact that the bee can come off and the baby can grab onto it and play with it too when they don’t want to use the full item.

Perfect gift for little crawler.
Definitely great for a little crawler to encourage movement. It can be set to go in a circle or move a wiggled line. When you remove the little bee the bottom cloud stops moving. It doesn't power down on it's own aside from that (you have to turn the switch) so it can be annoying if it gets into a corner and the kid loses interest but otherwise it's great!

Excellent for almost crawlers and babies on the go!
It’s exactly as described as far as function and size! I bought this for my, then 4 month old who was up on all fours and wanting to crawl! I figured it would be the push he needed to just go and it was super entertaining and intriguing to him! I will say.. i don’t think the battery life lasted long. It was probably a combination of me forgetting to turn it off AND it gets stuck sometimes against objects, or floor transitions and, for us, the baby gate, so it would still “run” and play music in place and just ware down the batteries. But it’s an excellent toy for almost crawlers and babies on the go!

We love the bee!
I think this is the cutest baby toy! I read some reviews at first and was hesitant it "wouldn't work on the rug" or "the music is creepy." I think the tune is cute, not creepy whatsoever and it works fine on my rug. It is faster on the hard floor, but my baby is just starting to crawl so it is good speed for her. Maybe when she is crawling faster I will put it on the hard floor. The lights are also a plus, it lights up and does a different tune when the bee is grabbed, which is very rewarding. I would recommend this for your little one!
