Excellent customer service!

I purchased this toy for my 15 month old son as a Christmas present. I knew he wouldn’t understand how to work it correctly but he loves cars and he really loved this one. Unfortunately the sounds stopped working about a month after he got it and then shortly after, the car wouldn’t move either. The lights still worked so I knew the batteries weren’t dead but I tried changing them anyway and it still wouldn’t work. I’m giving this 5 stars because I tried sending a message to the company about it. They got back to me right away and just asked that I send a quick video showing what it was doing. They immediately sent me a replacement. From the date that I sent the original message to when I received the replacement was less than a week. Excellent customer service!

It was a happy birthday!

Typed into the search bar "birthday gifts for 2 year old boy" and this was one of the things that popped up (although after purchase, saw the preferred age was 3+). Out of all the presents, this one stole the show. He plays with it constantly and is the first thing he has asked for when he's up in the morning. The remote is really basic and easy for him to use and he just loves it. Can't wait till the weather here is nicer and he can take it outside. So pleased with this.

Wonderful gift for a toddler

My 13 month old got tons of gifts for Christmas but this was the clear favorite. She quickly realized that I was controlling the car with the remote and took over. She picked up on it so quickly and chased it around for hours. Great purchase!

Happy with this purchase

Ordered for my toddler girl. She loved it. Small police man can come out or stand in car. So my daughter kept on putting him in or taking him out. Well made with beautiful colors . Car needs 3 AA battery and remote needs 2 AAA batteries. Well packed.

4year grandson's birthday gift and he was THRILLED as he can run this on his own! Older brother has more complicated rc cars and he got frustrated at not being able to run them... so this was PERFECT. It's not real big ... does make noise, but it's reasonable and of course, a real win because he can do it himself.

Bright easy to operate

The kids ages 2 and 2 1/2 really like this toy and immediately started pushing the buttons for the sounds and movement. The volume level of the sounds is within a speaking range and so it not annoying. The colors are bright, and the toy is made of heavy plastic. Overall size is easily held by the child, but big enough so wont be walking hazard for unaware adults. Should be of use for several years.

I bought this remote control car for my 2 year old nephew and he absolutely LOVES his little car. He plays with it all the time. At one point we had a little trouble with the remote, but their customer service took care of the issue quickly and courteously. I have to say their customer service is top notch they actually cared. If your looking for a toy for your little one, which teaches eye and hand coordination skills you won't be disappointed. The kids love it and they'll play with it all day. Highly recommended!!

Fun-Fun-Fun

This little remote control car has been so much fun for our 23 month old grandson. He really enjoys controlling it and laughs uncontrollably when the car bumps into something. Then he gets it turned around by using the remote and it’s off again. The sounds the car make when the buttons are pushed make it very realistic for a toddler. This is one of his favorite toys.💞

Mom’s best toy!

Ok I bought this is for my 23 month old, but I love it! He tends to press both buttons at the same time since he’s young, but I’m sure he’ll figure it out later. Until then...it’s mine! Daddy says it’s a little too loud but it’s a fun toon at least.

Perfect!

I bought this for a 4-year-old to play with her 1-year-old brother. She likes working it and he likes chasing it. It's young enough that the 4-year-old works it without any problems, but old enough for both kids to enjoy together. Can't vouch for how a young child would play with it on his/her own, but their dad even had a good time playing with it.
