I am using this product to help release the tension created by pinched nerve in my c3,4,5... I get dizziness and unbalanced sensations, I use it while doing chin tucks on the floor and also to sit up on bed while reading or knitting, I am shocked on how well it works, my head is supported and neck is neutral; we shall see if there is more improvement but so far I find immediate relieve.

This product is incredibly helpful if you struggle with chronic neck pain. It is also an inexpensive but equally effective alternative to the hyped up "neck hammock". Would strongly recommend.

A very comfortable thing for the neck .. it feels like after five minutes the neck stretches and as if it falls into place , the headache subsides.. I bought one and after a week I bought another one . As a professional massage therapist would highly recommend.

Simply FANTASTIC

I read many reviews of this product complaining about "cheap plastic", hair sticking to foam, and foam not glued down . I bought it for the positive reviews! I mean for $13.00 did folks expect it to be made of Teflon?? It works GREAT, the plastic has no rough edges and flexes enough to be comfy, and no, my hair does NOT stick to the foam!! My entire body can relax when I using this. I use it on my BED because my hips cannot tolerate the hard floor. Hang your lower legs over the edge of the bed and that adds stretch to your spine. LOVE this gizmo!!

IT WORKS.

I am suffering with next issue and usually go to my Chiropractor to get adjusted. I noticed after using this several times I noticed some improvement which lessen my visit for adjustment.
