Perfect tool to keep on your bag. My golf companions do not possess such a wonderful device and marvel at my ability keep my irons looking fresh. Metal bristles get into the groves with no problem. The retractable line makes it easy to give your clubs a quick wipe before dropping them back into your bag and moving along.

This was just a little surprise for my boyfriend and he is super happy with it, it's exactly what he needed.

Very inexpensive brush to attach to your bag. Have used it for several months now and it’s still working great. Didn’t help my golf game any!

Keeping the groves clean is very important. Every golfer should have one of these hanging on their bag

Comes with a thick shaft. Large head gives you more surface area making each stroke more efficient. I get more pleasure using this tool than the smaller ones.

Very convenient for cleaning clubs between shots. Don't need to look for it. Don't need to detach it. The cord just zips right back into the reel.

heard golf analyst & HOF golfer Johnny Miller quip during a broadcast recently about folks who use these tools - some snarky comment about "only people who can't break 100... use those things". well, Johnny, kiss my ass. i've used "these things" for years & i'm a single digit handicapper myself. i love the design of this one & the retractable gizmo style (like this one) is super cool & handy. simply affix to your bag & away you go! construction of this is stout & beefy. you get what you see. i've have more than a few of these contraptions & some bristles hold up better over time than others. this one seems like it's going to last longer than cheaper ones i've tried/ used. grip is ergonomically rounded which is comfy, the length of retractable "string" is sufficient (roughly 2') & has the groove tool incorporated too as shown (great for wedges). maybe Johnny's just too cool for a tool like this but i find them pretty utilitarian actually (then again, Johnny's probably used to having a caddie around - i am generally not so fortunate).

Don't brush wet stuff off of your clubs. The steel side will rust. The brush works great for dry cleaning and it's super cheap.

I purchased this to attach to my golf bag for everyday use. The wire bristles are strong and study and do a great job of cleaning my irons; the sharp pick makes it easy to remove the dirt and mud from the grooves. The brush attaches easily to the bag with a retractable cord that has held up well. The cord makes it easy to stay attached to the bag while cleaning the clubs.

I bought this to replace a fairly expensive Frog brand brush after the plastic piece that attaches it to the bag broke off. This is a great bush with wire and plastic bristles as well as a tip for scrapping out the grooves. What else would you need? It is a great brush at an affordable price. Would buy it again if anything ever happens.
