I bought this in order to make as part of a custom transmission fluid filler adapter for a mercedes transmission. this worked exactly how I wanted. The valve opens either direction, so in line with the brass pipes, the valve is open, and if the handle is perpendicular to the pipes it is closed. The handle turns smoothly and feels great. really well made.

A big red lever to push

Sometimes life give you lemons and you have to make lemonade. But sometimes life gives you a weird tubing project and you need a bunch of ball valves, needless to say I got stuck with the later. These are very reasonably priced valves, definitely a far better price than you will find at your local hardware store. The big red lever can be turned either direction to close the valve, and left in line with the barbs to open it. The barbs are very strong and have multiple sections to ensure a snug fit. Overall I am very pleased and look forward to getting some lemons in the future,,,

Quick on/off.

I bought these to make a water/oil separator tank. I needed to bleed off the water without wasting too much oil. My intention is to reuse the oil on my lawn tractor. Using these valves along with clear tubing should get the job done. My tank has been assembled and loaded with water/oil for about a month. I have noticed no leaks through this valve. Off is off.

Great Quality Product

Great Quality Valve. I didn’t realize it until it arrived but this vale can be shut Off all the way to the Left or all the way to the Right. Most of the valves I have installed have only been One way but this valve is unique in that way.

Fits snug, no leaks!

this fits really snugly between my two lines and I have had no leaks at all from the connections. The valve itself works great stopping even a decently pressurized flow of water.

Even Old Arthritic Hands Can Turn the Handle With Ease

These beat the heck out of the plastic valves that were on my high dollar sprayer. Easy to turn off/on to move from boom to spray wand. Not hard to turn - even old arthritic hands can turn the handle with ease.

Used on select comfort bed. Haven't lost any pressure even after 2 weeks.

I used these on a select comfort bed when the original pump went out. I now use an Intech air mattress inflator pump to air up the bed and use the valve to seal off the bed when done inflating. Then use the valve to air it down to the right pressure. These have been installed for about a week now and the bed hasn't lost a bit of air!!!!! Seals off super tight!!!

Easy to turn on and off

This item replaced a plastic valve purchased earlier (and returned). The plastic one was difficult to turn on and off. This one works easily.

Exactly What I Needed

I got these for my laundry soap system and they work perfectly. Very smooth operation in both directions. Well constructed and allows good flow for the size.

Used this valve as a fuel shut off for an old riding mower. The quality seems decent and it operates smoothly.
