Just what I am looking for!

A tree fell in my yard and I researched extensively for a saw that would be enough to do the job but not overkill. The 435 really is good for a typical homeowner. The weight is perfect. This model does NOT come with the tool-less tensioner, which is what I wanted. The model is 435e II, and the x-cut chain is amazing. I used husqvarna 50:1 fuel and it started okay. Can't wait to use it more!

This sucker started up after the 3rd pull and cut like a hot knife through butter

I'm no expert on chainsaws , but I know the ones I have used are a pain in the ass to crank. I decided to make this purchase after a rare heavy snowstorm that downed a bunch of trees on my property. This sucker started up after the 3rd pull and cut like a hot knife through butter. It came with the tension tool. It feels high quality and is very light weight. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Thank you Husqvarna!!

Cant go wrong with this chainsaw!

Awesome power, very well built, easy to start up and powerful. Includes manual, and parts. I wish it included a small start up kit for the chain (oil) but other than that, good product.

Nice size for the adverage homeowner

I purchased this chain saw for general home use and it does just that. It's got enough power for small trees or cutting large branches. I expected it to have as much power it more then my old Craftsman chainsaws buy it didn't. It's okay for the adverage homeowner but it your planning on heavy use I'd go with a larger size. I'm still happy with my purchase.

Follow the instructions to the letter.

If you follow the instructions, and allow time for the saw to warm up, it starts well and runs great. I have been cutting mesquite, and there are few woods more dense and harder to cut and this saw powers through it. I also cut some very old pecan logs and again no problems. I love this saw.

Simply The Best!

You can't miss with a Husky ... I've had three four, maybe more ... will have another when needed. Don't hesitate on your decision to purchase this product. They are great!!
