I didn’t even know these existed until I went to replace the plastic ones on my flagpole for the 3rd time. They are almost perfect for adjusting the flag to your pole and not having the flag roll over itself every time the wind blows. I have found a little wd-40 in the spinning joint makes them slide without hanging up at all. I oil it once a month...well worth it for having a flag that hangs straight all the time.

Our kids go to a university and I like to display the school flag out front and the flag poles that are sold locally always have the plastic pole rings that in time just breaks or wears away. This pole ring is made out of some serious aluminum I believe and I have to say that I was so impressed with the quality and for the price, wow!!!! The could have charged double, this will last a lifetime. The pole will wear out first. Also the way these were put in a box, you would think it was jewelry. Well done and I would say every person that flies a flag needs this. They shipped on time.

I have a spinning flag pole so that the flags don't wrap around the pole. I love my large house flags and have one up for very occasion (birthdays, seasons, holidays..). I like the flags to be up at an angle usually and not always horizontal, so the pole ring was essential to keep the flags from 20 minutes later sliiiiiding down to the base. Just moved to a city where the wind is very strong daily and the flags were getting whipped around like crazy (see photos), so I really needed them now. My new flag pole is black and when I saw these in black I thought I would buy them. They came beautifully packaged when you opened the box.....you could actually give them as a gift they were packaged so nice! They were black and matched the black flag pole perfectly. They were aluminum and heavier than previous ones I have used and seem much sturdier. Totally love them! Highly recommend. (in the photos the clip you see at the top of the flagpole is attached to the pole. Only came with one though and I needed a pair).

Quality material, easy to install and works great. No more unraveling my flag every half hour. Even on a windy day the flag flies freely because of the swivels on the rings. Also, the spring clips make it easy to attach the flag even though it has brass grommets. Oh, by the way, this is my second purchase. I have them on my Viet Nam "We Will Never Forget" flag also.

I am very pleased with the rings. I had plastic ones before purchasing the Bony Tec and there is no comparison . The Bony Tec work perfectly in the windy weather. The flag flies beautifully.

These are high quality, free spinning, flag pole rings made to fit 3/4" to 1" poles. I'm tempted to order a few more, not to use, just to show them off.

I bought these flag pole rings separately because they looked much sturdier than others especially those in kits. They are much sturdier than others I have had, and the clips are stronger than they look in the picture. My flag is flying, it has been a little windy for three days and it has not tangled or wrapped once. I DID have to adjust the rings when I first hung the flag, it can hang up some on tightening screws. Fixing that only requires watching the flag for awhile, then loosening and turning them to a better position. This is important to know in advance in case you are placing your flag in a hard to reach place. Hang it somewhere accessible until you know it is turning the way it should then put it in its permanent location.

Two tips for getting these to work properly, make sure the clips are in the right position and a adding a small squirt of clear silicone on each collar made a big difference; at least in my case. They work fine.

Great product, well built and strong. I noticed the other day that one of the rings separated. Upon closer examination i noticed the two pieces were threaded. I put them back together and was back in business. Helpful hints, hand tighten the two pieces together, I mean the two parts on each side of the rotating ring. Also add a drop of 3 in 1 oil to the rotating ring to keep your flag from hanging up by not rotating. When installing, point the two anchor bolts straight down so your flag doesn't get caught on them.

Have two sets of the flag pole rings. One has really been tested with different sizes and weights of flags in the winds of Hatteras Island. Important to install as directed and experiment with distance apart based on flag size (minimize catching on the set screws) and they will greatly reduce flag wrapping. I've used on both wood and metal poles and they perform fine on either but look better on the metal pole. I've also used on 3/4" diameter poles and they work okay, but have a neater look and tighter fit on a 1" pole. Generally they don't need lubrication but a little lubricating spray wouldn't hurt occasionally.
