The final product is great. However, the process and responses from this company regarding shipping and concerns was sub par. Not sure if there was a communication ( language) issue as some responses did not translate effectively or professionally. But, I am happy with the product!

Great quality!

I'm sitting in them comfortably right now! I love these chairs!! Very well made and bright colors! It took awhile to put everything together, about 2 hours total for the chairs, foot stools and table. It did come in 2 different boxes and arrived 2 different days with 3 days between bkxez. I contacted the company and they responded in an email and made it sound as though I was stupid for not knowing there would be 2 blxes , 3 days apart. If I were to order them again I would choose a different company. I had to email them twice as I was charged twice in my bank but it was the banks fault. However I didn't know what had happened at first. I just thought the company could have been friendlier. Their emails were blunt and make the customer feel ignorant. The quality is the best though and the price reasonable.

Comfy and sturdy!

I was hesitant to buy such a bulky item online. What if it sucked and I got stuck with a million dollar return shipping fee? Thanks to the other kind people who wrote reviews on this item, I decided to take a chance and order not one but two sets of this furniture for my two decks. The items arrived after only a few days and everything was in great shape out of the box. Assembly was mildly painful but nothing that an experienced former Ikea shopper couldn’t handle. My fiance and I got everything assembled (two full sets, mind you) in about three hours. A couple of the bolts didn’t line up perfectly but with a minor amount of labor (and plenty of swearing), everything came together nice and sturdy. We now basically live on our decks thanks to this comfy set. I definitely recommend this item to others.

Quality set!

LOVE this set! The cushions are beyond comfortable. UPDATE: Cushions have faded considerable in just a few months out in the sun. Sad - because the set is awesome!

I love this furniture

I love this furniture!!! I spent a great deal of time researching outdoor furniture, primarily focused on a set that would be very comfortable and this exceeded my expectations. I was really happy with this purchase. It took about an hour to assemble it all but it was not hard once started. Furniture looks great and is really comfortable to sit.

Finally, great customer service and great product!

First I need to say that the seller is amazing! I have had major problems with orders placed OUTSIDE of Amazon lately that did not arrive and had to be canceled, so I was skeptic. The chairs were delivered on time, however the ottomans and table were not included. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately with tracking information and a personal message (I dislike robot messages!) The rest of the set was delivered within 2 days of the 1st. Other than the 2 separate deliveries everything is perfect! The set is beautiful as described and sturdy. I'm a tall woman and feel comfortable in the chairs. Assembly is a little time consuming, but to be expected. Thankful for the quality, quick delivery and excellent customer service!!!

I put this together without any help from my husband! I absolutely love the color and look. Very expensive looking. Great product for a reasonable price!

Great set that's easy to put together

The ottomans and table were very easy to put together. While there are no letters on the pieces as indicated on the instructions, it is easy to figure out with the pictures. 3 stars only because they sent 2 boxes of ottomans and table. I've contacted the company (email) to let them know the mistake and awaiting resolution and hopefully to receive the chairs. Nice quality and the coffee color is true to the pics posted. Will post update when issue is resolved. Update: Response from the seller was quick. I received the chairs within a couple of days, put them together within an hour (at most) by myself. Would definitely deal with this seller again and the product is comfortable is worth the decent price.

Sit Back and Relax in Style

We bought two sets to create sitting areas around our pool. Furniture arrived promptly and looks great. Putting the furniture together was easy. Ensure you use the right length screws in the pieces shown in the instructions or you will run short of the longer screws where needed. We had an issue with cushions that the vendor resolved very fast. Communications with vendor was quick and smooth. Some reviewers have reported that the chairs sit low; however, we didn't find that an issue. My wife and I are both 5' 8". The chairs are comfortable and we like the ottomans vs. chaise lounges.
