great product.
This works great and always helps both my kids settle down in the car for a nap. I did however think it was broken at first when I tried to turn it on because I did not realize I had to HOLD DOWN the on button for it to work. So word to the wise... hold the button DOWN lol

My toddler napped in the car!
My toddler is about to turn three and I can count on one hand the amount of times he has fallen asleep in the car.... he usually just stays up or gets upset and asks to get out. We use a sound machine at home and I was planning a trip to a water park and I thought perhaps the all day water activities, the lack of nap and the sound machine would be the magic formula and it was! The sound is consistent and a decent noise level - for the car anyway. I love the clip - I clipped it on my seat to keep it on continuously without him being able to turn it off.

The only sound machine you’ll need
The perfect sound machine to create white noise for your little. We bought this for traveling, but I like it much better than the one we got as a gift that needs to be plugged in to the wall. This one is perfect, size, sound, and ease of use. The clip is handy and allows us to hang it near by in the car, pack and play, or crib. The only issue we had was needing to hold the power button longer to turn it on - we thought it was broke 🤦🏼♀️ (thanks to this machine we’re getting sleep again) You need to hold it for a couple seconds to turn it on or off. We have had it on all night for a few nights and haven’t needed to replace batteries yet, but usually we use the timer feature- another perk of this machine!

Worth the price!
This is a life saver! My baby napped a solid 3 hours with this machine in his travel play yard. Note: You have to press and hold the power button for the machine to turn on. I went through several batteries thinking they were bad before I realized this.

Great portable sound machine with amazing battery life
We use a fancy white noise machine for the baby nursery (Hatch Baby Rest) and waned something portable for when he naps in the living room during the day. This little machine fits the bill perfectly - it's durable, great sound quality for the size, amazing battery life (baby is 8 moths now, we never had to change the battery so far). It's definitely more repetitive than the Hatch sounds (even with white noise I can hear the loop over time), but that doesn't affect the baby. it survived many drops on the hardwood floor and being gnawed by the baby (no teeth yet). Definitely recommend!

... about the new design but it works just as good as the original
I was nervous about the new design but it works just as good as the original. We Love this sleep machine. We don’t even have a regular one we only use the travel one. It’s definitelt loud enough, we love the timer aspect and it has been a godsend to relax our son while he is awake in the crib. We give it to him to hold and play with when we put him down to sleep.

This is a really great product, but still has room for improvement!
We are pleased with this white noise machine! The sounds are pleasant and soothing, the volume control is good, and I love, love, love the hook. I would recommend two improvements to the product, however. First, it would be fantastic if they could back-light the buttons' symbols with red light or make the symbols luminescent. I have to turn on the nightlight in order to change the sound or the volume. I recently accidentally turned the volume up during the night when I meant to turn it down! Baby stirred and I froze in terror. ;) He needs the white noise a bit louder for naptime, and softer when going back to sleep after a night feeding. Which leads to another pro - the unit remembers your previous volume and sound selection, which is awesome! I also love the timer options. For the second suggestion, if they could add some sort of cushioning under the buttons, it would be great - if you're not careful, they make a loud click when you press them. Overall, it's a great product and is definitely working to soothe baby!

Magic machine
This thing is a magic machine. My 5 month old was only sleeping 15 minutes tops at naps for me and at daycare. Figured for the price we'd give it a shot and it worked wonders, now he does two, four hour naps! I ended up buying a second to send to daycare. I also feel like I sleep better if I use it. Battery life was seriously impressive. I put the only AAAs I had in which I stole from an old remote and we used this for over a month for probably 14 hours a day on those used batteries. Someone told me you shouldn't use sounds machines for babies if it's over 25 decibels and recommended an app to test it and on the lowest volume this comes in under. So that's a plus too

Great portable music box.
Love the lullaby music, even though there is an error on the timing in one place. I also love that you have to hold the power button for 2-3 seconds to make it come on or go off. I read that some other people were put off by this, but if you have a curious grand-baby that loves to push all the buttons over and over (as I do), then you will also come to appreciate the reason that you need to hold the power button. I also like that it has a timer, with three time settings, in case you don't want it to play the entire time after baby falls asleep. The one downfall is that the ring hook comes off too easily when my grand-baby plays around with it.

Must Have Baby Item!
I had one of these with my first baby and we wore it out; so baby number two 4.5 years later needed another ones it’s been nicely updated with more durable plastic, a timer function and the battery cover screws on tight. First time parents might think this is an excessive baby product, absolutely not. It is an absolute lifesaver. We use it everywhere on the stroller and when we’re vacationing. Easiest $10 I could spend to soothe a crying baby!
