Sturdy Rack

I love my new mug rack! It is very stylish and sturdy. The first one received had the wrong pieces sent but the company rectified this and sent a new one out that day. My only gripe is that the directions to put it together are wrong so be smart when putting it together. I love the rack anyway and give it 5 stars, would buy another one!

Great customer service!

I accidentally destroyed one of the anchors with some careless over-screwing and the seller promptly shipped me some new ones. As for the product itself, it looks good now that I finally have it on the wall. I had to rebuild it to minimize the crookedness but it seems like it will always be a little crooked before you get it hung up.

Great mug rack!

Love this mug rack! I will say that when first out together it was totally and utterly crooked. I was nervous based on other reviewers who said the same thing, but once it was hung on the wall it was not a problem at all. The anchors and screws hold it in place and as you can see from the photo, it’s not crooked once on the wall. Super happy with it! If you hang large mugs, know you won’t be able to fit one on ever single hook, but I fit about 21 comfortably, which is plenty for me!

Awesome mug rack

Love this mug rack! Was a little doubtful because i was worried it would look too "farmhouse" which i hate but it works great. I put it together in about 20 mins. It is warped as others have said and once it's put together it's still looks a little weird. but once it's hung up it looks great. I use it to display my Starbucks You Are Here collection!

We have a very real addiction to mugs. We also have a circa 1930's kitchen with only two cabinets, and few drawers. Now we get to show our mugs off a bit, while continuing our collection without worry where to store them. Not sure if we will deck it out a bit, hence the flower garland, which may or may not stay, but I can see how this would lend itself to a bit of Chip and Jo-Jo Magnolia charm. The frame was bit crooked once assembled, and putting it together could have gone smoother, yet, not sure if that was user error or not, so I'm not holding it against the seller. All in all, we got it up, without too many cuss words!

Very rustic and cute...

It's perfect! Easy to put together and just what I was looking for. We mounted to the stud on our wall since I will be hanging mugs and plates on it.

Love the space it saves

I've been slowly converting my house to a farm style decor and wanted something for my coffee mugs. This rack was the best choice, it takes up little space, holds almost 30 mugs and looks great. It was easy to assemble, and I needed someone to help me hang it, but I am very happy with my purchase. I expect this to be a part of my kitchen decor for years to come.

Perfection

Beautiful, easy to assemble rack. I put it together alone in about 20 minutes and I am NOT handy - it’s also easy to adjust after assembled for the reviews saying it seems bent. My husband hung it in about 15 minutes and it’s the perfect addition to our kitchen!
