Very interesting tool

Although I have not had a specific application for this tool, it is going to come in very handy sometime soon. I have had the need to replicate a pattern in the past and I really wish I had this tool then. Considering how inexpensive the tool is, it's one of those things every guy should have in his toolbox. Stop to think about all the applications you may have for this tool. Now, don't you think you need one, too?

Brilliant Solution to accurate angles on roofing trim!

Spouse has been repairing the roofing trim and many of the boards are 20 feet long. He purchased this so he could get the exact angles he needed, remove portions of the boards, and replace them with new material. This little tool was perfect! It made a difficult and dangerous job much faster. Working high on a very sloped roof means taking accurate angle measurements sucks--every mistake means more wood wasted and another useless trip up and down the ladder. Day 1 we did not have this tool and there was a great deal of swearing, with a rain day break, Day 2 and this tool made a HUGE difference! While there are still more trim boards to be repaired, the worst has been completed and are off our worry list! I should also mention he also used this on a bizarre gutter section that is about 23" long and in the most awkward space ever to get to or work on. Lots of whistling and humming, no swears or grumbles!

I the template tool is well made and a very sturdy, strong tool that will stands up to much use. I just bought the tool a few weeks ago and haven't used it a lot yet but I know this will be a valuable tool for my remodeling jobs or anything that I need precise a cut or angle. I am very happy with the value for such a well made tool. Customer service has been great and the shipping was very fast. You can't go wrong.

Very happy with this product and its very easy to use

This is a life saver when it comes down to keeping shapes with my wood or metal working. Very happy with this product and its very easy to use. The bag it comes in is nice to, but sawdust sticks to it like crazy.

Outstanding quality

This tool was extremely useful for finding angles and transferring them to the flooring for cutting. It was great to use around door jams and finding odd angles around kitchen cabinets. Basically used it everywhere to transfer angles instead of assuming or trying to measure degrees and such, more accurate and less human error. It comes in a felt case with a draw string closure. However, I won't be storing mine in it. I'm keeping it prominent on my tool wall ready to use at a moments notice. It's definitely light enough and durable to keep in any tool box/bag/pouch. I would highly recommend this purchase!

Fantastic time saver

Bought this a while back because when I saw a video ad for it, I KNEW it would be useful for some future project. And now it happened. Was in the middle of laying a ceramic tile floor. There is one wall that is at an angle. I was struggling trying to figure out how to mark the tile to cut it—and then remembered I had bought this handy angle tool. It worked perfectly!!! I did not even go back to read the instructions. The seller also provided a link to a handy instructional video but I have not needed it yet. So glad I had this angle tool!! It saved me a lot of time, frustration, and miscue tile with measuring my angle cuts!! I used the tool again for the same wall when it was time to install the base and shoe moldings. Love this new tool!!

Worth it!

Excellent product. I had a plastic one that broke after 3 months of use. This one is high-quality aluminum, precise, very well made. The product's description online is not an exaggeration. Outstanding

Works just as advertised. And, there are many additional you tube ideas on how to use this time. I first tried some other products, all of which I sent back to Amazon. This company - a small family -- sells a product that will hold its pattern. The knobs are larger with more gripping surface and much easier to tighten down. Unlike the competition. which generally have tiny tightening knobs that just do not do the job. Also, the other templates were made of a thinner material and also lost their lost ability to hold a template pattern due to the weak undersized knobs. I am certain that this product will hold up over time, when compared to all of the others I tired.
