Perfect Replacement for Previous ESP controller

I purchased this as a replacement for the original ESP controller. The installation and wiring of the new unit was exactly the same as the old unit. I took a couple of pictures of the wiring and, within one hour, had the ESP4ME installed, wired and up and running. I programmed the controller before installing which is a nice feature.

The system is working great and the equipment was delivered as promised

I purchased this controller about a week ago and even though I received it late in the afternoon around 6:15 PM I had it up and running by 7:00 PM as this was just a changeout. The wireless rain sensor (sold separately) arrived two days later and it also was not a problem to install and wire into the controller. I also purchased the WiFi unit and it plugged right in the accessory port. By following the instructions in the downloadable app it too was simple to configure. The system is working great and the equipment was delivered as promised.

Great Value

You can spend a lot more and maybe get the same. It is a timer that is very flexible to water your yard what has a sensor that can make adjustments to weather conditions. Beyond that, none of them will make you coffee or make your bed so why pay more.

Easy to program

This product was very easy to install and connect. It replaced an existing box that quit working. Programming is simple and straightforward. I was never able to program my old system. I purchased this the end of September and glad I did. No complaints at this point.

Easy for DIY

Was a great replacement for my prior model. The instructions were easy to follow. One thing to remember if you are doing a replacement is to label your corresponding wires to existing zones.
