Great Customer Service for a Great Wireless Scanner

Totally impressed with this scanner. It has a real time mode (which enters the scanned barcode immediately) and an inventory mode (which allows you to store thousands of numbers and then download when ready). We love the fact it is wireless. We were so impressed with the functionality and price we bought a second scanner. However we learned you have to label the receiver for each scanner. We did not do that when we got the second scanner and couldn’t figure out why scanner one wasn’t working with receiver two. We contacted customer support via email and they answered right away, knowing exactly what our problems was. (You will find the email address on the back of the paper manual.) Once we matched the receiver with the proper scanner, we were back in business. To our surprise, they even followed up asking if we got everything working again. Update: I needed to scan EAN 13+5 for our comic book store. I didn't see the code in the booklet so I contacted customer support over the New Year's weekend. On New Year's day they got back to me with the code I needed and it worked great! This scanner will scan EAN 13+5 where many more expensive brands will not. Thank you.

This is the 2nd scanner I bought from Amazon. The 1st one was about 1 year ago marked as the same price, but the line was so thin and takes longer time to read. And for many times it read twice! This one is totally different. It's charged with the normal USB cord and much faster. So far there's no double read issue.

Excellent product

Just as described. The scanner works well, has great battery life, and a fast response rate is instant. I did not like the long beep when the scanner went to sleep mode, but the company helped me get rid of that with a code to scan. I am very happy with my purchase.

Easily one of the best purchases I've ever made

I got tired of fighting with the $400 scanners at my job because they won't read half the bar codes that we use. So I ordered this one. I have not yet found a bar code that it won't read! It connects to the receiver immediately when you pull the trigger to turn it on. The battery life is excellent. I only have to charge it once a week. This is easily one of the best purchases I've ever made.

Worked great for our tracking of guests for our meetings each night. They scan a key code upc, put it on their key chain and it worked great every night. We used it on a windows 10 laptop and on a 2017 Macbook pro with touch bar, so will do either operating system.

I'm coding an inventory management system and needed a simple bar code scanner to test with, so I got this NADAMOO Wireless Bar Code Scanner. It is quite possibly the best product I've ever purchased from amazon. 5 minutes with the product and you'll too see why this thing is incredible. The documentation is outstanding, every single thing you could possibly need to know about the scanner is laid out in detail, while still being a super simple read. Making the scanner work with any computer is as simple as plugging it in and scanning 3 codes. I'm going to be buying at least 4 more for my company.

Great reliable scanner/excellent customer support

This scanner works perfectly! I bought 4 of them for my office. The support team helped me set it to add prefixes before the barcode value for me to use it in a web-based software. The support service replied to my questions very quickly, within a few hours, providing clear and exact instructions. I use it in a wireless mode. The battery lasts for three weeks on average (I should note that I do not use it all the time as, for example, cashier would do).

After an initial period, where I could not get the scanner to register bar codes on Excel which it was scanning, the scanner finally started working. I think it was that my computer had to process it's presence in the system before it was compatible with it. That was an automatic process, and a small window came up which said, first, that the new device was being processed, and then that it was good to go. The staff at NADAMOO were great about getting back to me and helping me troubleshoot the initial issues. Thank you.

This was my first scanner and the directions made it easy to set up

I can’t believe how most scanners were so expensive so I was a little skeptical with this one but it has been performing flawlessly! This was my first scanner and the directions made it easy to set up. My initial complaint was that it made a loud annoying beep after 30 seconds when it goes to sleep so I emailed them. They responded quickly with a barcode in their email that I simply scanned which turned off that beep. They should’ve included that option in the directions—not sure why someone would want to hear it go to sleep hundreds of times during the day. But I was impressed with their quick reply and will be ordering more scanners from them in the near future!

Exactly as described and worth every penny

I purchased this to add barcode capabilities to my new business and to streamline inventory. Right out of the box this sucker worked. Instructions are easy to understand and within 5 minutes I was up and running at full speed with my software program. Highly recommended.
