Overall, the meal was flavorful, high quality, and unique. I do not like getting soups/ramen for take out so this meal was a good fit for making at home. We liked all of the toppings for the dish. It actually didn't need the pork to feel like a complete meal. Would be great for a cold night. I'd recommend eating with a spoon and chopsticks if you have them.

This ramen tastes too good to come out of meal kit. The broth is flavorful, full bodied, and tastes like it took days to make. The noodles were fantastic- maybe not quite as good as you'd find at a ramen bar, but a close second. The toppings included were perfect for the dish and didn't leave us wanting anything else (which is a rarity for my husband). The portions were generous as well- we had a bit left over and I couldn't even finish all of mine. Looking forward to having this again!

Delicious! I didn't want to dirty three pans on a work night so went the lazy route and used my Instant Pot. Great result! I used the saute mode and seared the pork in sesame oil. Once the pork was browned, I dumped in the water and stock starter and pressure cooked on high for 6 minutes, released the pressure, set it back to saute, dumped in the noodles for 2 minutes and I was done! Skipped the egg because hubs isn't a fan. The condiments that come with the kit are so tasty and make the bowl visually stunning to boot! I'm a serial meal kit tester and love the fact that I can just order these when I want them with no commitment. Highly recommend this one!

I opened the box and got super intimidated but it turned out to be super easy to make! I also thought the pork portion seemed small but in the end after plating I was happy with the total portions. Honestly there’s enough broth and noodles for 3 bowls (IMO) so it can easily be stretched with an extra egg from your fridge if you don’t mind a little less pork. After you taste the broth with the noodles you might not even miss it! The amount of spice, oil, and other toppings are easily customizable. Personally I’m not a fan of seaweed so I just didn’t add it and I like it spicey so I added extra oil. When it comes to the spices and oil a little can go a long way so don’t get to excited and dump exactly half on each bowl. Definitely taste it first and then adjust to your ideal. I’d recommend it, especially if your cooking for a date! It’s visually VERY appealing and looks like it’s more work then it is. They will be impressed! You will be tempted to take photos for Instagram to show off your new cooking skills. Just do it before you start taking bites... I decided to try it first and never put the fork down to take one. That’s probably my only regret for this meal.

We loved this and the portions are very generous. My husband (a ramen connoisseur) said it was pretty authentic although the pork used wasn’t the typical meat marbled with fat. I really enjoyed the homemade noodles. Delicious dinner and perfect for a cold night.

So delicious! Made this on a very cold winter's day and it was perfect. I'll even forgive the 3 pots/pans I had to use. The broth is rich and miso-y. The noodles were perfect. The amount of meat was more than enough. Nice to have the variety of seasonings (and it comes with way too much togarashi and chili oil seasoning for just this package so you can save some for later). We served 3 with this package. The packaging is aesthetic and fits easily into the refrigerator, and the instructions were very clear, almost kid friendly which is a big plus in my book. I'll have to admit that this meal pack sat in the refrigerator until one day after the "best by" date but I decided to cook it anyway and it was totally fine. A few tips: 1. Cook the pork slowly, testing with thermometer and then slice it into thin strips. 2. DO rinse the noodles with hot water or they stick together and get cold (yes, follow the instructions). 3. I mixed the soup base with hot vegetable cooking water and it whisked up in a jiffy. I'm definitely excited to get this one again and to try other meal packs.

This was really good & exceeded my expectations. Yes, you may have a ramen shop in your neighborhood that has even better ramen. But for making your own at home, even if you're ramen connoisseur, this ramen will meet or exceed your standards. Quality is great, quantity is more than anticipated & I found this to be very easy to prepare. I see another reviewer commented that it was very complicated & that the kit made a mess, but even after half a bottle of cabernet this was still easy/quick/clean to prepare.

This kit is incredibly well thought out! Every single thing you need to make an incredibly delicious ramen. We made it for lunch one weekend and I'll order more for our colder weather!! Delicious broth, noodles and pork...the highest quality. And what was even better...no waiting in line to get it!

Yum, this was amazing! Amazon, please don't ever remove this from the meal kit options. My kids liked it too. Some feedback for Amazon - specify "separate noodles before adding to water" because, um, some of us are not that smart. Find better packaging for the eggs. And include instructions to plunge the eggs into an ice bath after they're cooked because otherwise they're a real pain in the neck to peel. SO GOOD though :-)

I really liked this dish. Amazon makes the best meal kits. Not bad for the price considering the prep was done. Fun to make, relatively easy, picture perfect dish with great flavors. My hubby loves ramen and said this was good but doesn’t replace the Ramen House. He thought it was a little overpriced compared to eating out.
