These work great!!!

These are really non-stick. We put them on a cookie sheet in the oven. In our never-ending quest for low carb, wheat-free breads, we used these to make hotdog buns. The size of the finished product was about Luke a commercial Hoagie bun, so if you want hotdog buns, maybe underfill them a little. We bought more so we can make more buns at each bake session.

Perfect bun pan

My diet doesn't allow for me to eat white flour. I bought these to make my own hot dog buns made from almond flour. They worked out perfect.

I am so excited to use this! We don’t eat wheat anymore, so I make soft bread with eggs and almond flour. It works great in a loaf pan — all I need is a mold to pour the batter in to make buns.

Better than described. I was concerned that my Keto “dough” would stick to this, I used NO oil or parchment paper and it came out of the pan perfect. Size wise it would even be great for hoagies. These pans are a nice heavier weight and good quality.
