Fantastic Company Pride

Have tried it for three separate applications that should have been simple. Didn’t do the job. Update: The company became aware of my review, and contacted me very humbly. Their representative, Nicki Li was apologetic, and insisted that I allow her to send a replacement. I must say I am impressed by the companies goal toward customer satisfaction, and it’s representative Ms. Li. The replacement tool performs much better. I am glad I gave it, as well as the company a second chance. I can now add my complete recommendation to this company.

Universal Socket

I just had to buy one of these for my workbench. I know I have had bad days where I could not find the right size wrench when I know I have several of them. Now I don't have to worry about it. I can just pick this up from my workbench and finish the job.

Used this several times for those pesky bolts where neither a metric or standard socket seems to fit right. It's good quality, though I've not put a ton of torque on it for anything. Pretty neat concept, I'd buy another one if mine breaks.

great tool

does what it says. Its great for around the house and light duty.. i would be a little hesitant to use this full time in a shop or something. i just feel like it would break. but for the weekend warrior like myself this is a god sent. feels well made and i expect it to last a good while

Time saver.

Often times you have no idea what bolt heads you're going to encounter and dragging along a full set of sockets is a pain. Now this travels with the cordless drill set for use on the impact wrench. For a general task it's just the thing. I'm sure it's size could be an issue in more detailed work like automotive or boat work. But for general needs it's very handy. I disassembled a sectional sofa last week and used it on four different bolt heads. Didn't have to bring a socket set or size up the bolts and gather sockets that might be in the ballpark. Love it. Extension has a little wobble built in by design I assume. Helps for when you don't have the head quite centered and the drill moves about. I'm guessing that anything my cordless can drive, won't break this thing. Wouldn't want to try breaking a rusted bolt with it though. If a breaker bar is out, go get a socket.

Easy and Handy to Use

This universal socket is awesome. Instead of having to go through my whole set to find the right one, I was able to seat this perfectly on the screw and extract it. What a time saver and it worked really well!

Great and easy to use

Great and easy to use. Used it the first day on building a shed. I could not find my other drill parts for the bolts. Put this bad boy on and did not have to look for the missing parts. Will buy another and keep it in the car and one in the tool bag

It works on a variety of sizes and even worn heads. Be careful not to push to firmly because the rods really do grasp the heads and the screw/bolt become tougher to remove from the socket the further the head is inserted. A handy addition to my toolbox.
