Mini usb connectors could be made better, but were replaced upon contacting customer service

Initially I gave them 3 stars (read update) 2 out of the 3 cables worked..work great. But the 3rd became very loose (as it was plugged in), and because it was loose, it would loose connection or would not charge my cell phone unless i held it with my hand. Also the braiding on two of my 3 cables has come a bit loose or showing signs of unthreating, but i used a lighter and that fixed it quickly. I think if the connectors (mini usb) of these cables was made a bit better they would be amazing..i especially loved the length..but because the connections suck I'm only giving it 3 stars. If the company was willing to replace my crappy cable I would be willing to adjust my review..until then I wont. UPDATE: (As of 03-23-2018) After initially reviewing the product for what i believed had some faults, I was contacted by their customer service rep (Vanessa). Let me tell you, Vanessa was great and was very helpful and willing to make me a happy customer by replacing the cables. It wasn't just replacing the cables, Vanessa wanted to know what could be done to make their product better and accepted my suggestions. She made me a happy customer and I WILL definitely purchase from them again, when I need cables again, which is pretty often. The cables have an amazing length, the braiding allows the cables to be rolled up good and feel really nice, and look great also. I upgraded my review of the product because of the wonderful customer service they provided by replacing my damaged or faulty cable.

Absolutely AMAZING!

I needed a long charger. I hoped I would find one that charged my phone fast, but I didnt have high hopes after seeing how cheap the price was. I expected these to be any other charger coming from China. Boy was I wrong! These charges are stronger than I expected them to be. The braided cord is an amazing reinforcer, and if that's not good enough, the charger is I think the fastest lightning charger I have ever had. It takes about an hour if I'm not using my phone and have everything closed, to be from dead to high 80%, or higher! I can not say enough good things! The one concern I had was the charger port itself requires force to be plugged in and removed from my phone. The first couple times I was concerned it would damage my phone, but it works wonderfully and I have not had any issues with it. In fact, if anything, it holds on to my phone. I can pick my phone up by the cord when its plugged in and not worry about it coming unplugged. Basically, amazing chargers for an amazing price!

I have a Samsung galaxy s6. I use these cord with a fast charging Samsung adapter and they work amazing. The value is very nice but the quality is as well. They lock in very well and I have had no issues with them losing connection or not charging. They work so well this is my second purchase of them and will be the only ones I purchased going forward. 10 feet of cable is a beautiful thing to have especially when the kids are trying to charge their iPad in the backseat of my van and I have to plug it into the front cigarette lighter.

Best I've bought

My toddler kept messing up my cheap power cords, usually causing a loose connection from yanking the phone off. I was debating if buying a heavy duty cord would be worth it or if I should stick to cheap cords when I came across these. The pack is cheaper than buying 3 of what I usually grab at walmart so I figured I'd try them out. So far I love them. They connect tightly to my phone and while I don't need it, the end is a little longer so cases are less likely to get in the way. The thickness of the cord shocked me considering the price.

Lovely long cords

Perfect. Really is ten feet long, comes in a pack of three. Charges the electronics a LOT faster than the old factory cords did. Just got them in, but so far couldn't be happier. No more leaning towards the outlet if I want to use something while it's charging!! I was a bit pleasantly surprised at the high quality. I would have paid double in the store to buy this.

Handy around the housr

These are so useful. I bought them without a real concept of just how long these are. 10 feet is really long. I can charge my phone and still have the ability to reach it from the bed. My PlayStation controller, I no longer have to stop playing when my battery is low. With this the controller now reaches couch easily while charging. Due to the length, you're probably not going to use these as an everyday cord that you throw in your bag, but for around the house they are perfect.

Would recommend this to everyone who has a problem with their charging cord coming loose. Has a nice long micro charging end that keeps it in place.

Strong and Super Long

I've been using these cords for about a month now. Given some of the other feedback I wanted to see how they held up. All three cords work fine. They appear to be made of good quality material. The 10ft length is perfect! I have one plugged in to an adapter that plugs in to the back of my SUV. The cable is long enough to run to the passenger seats so you can charge a phone or use a tablet while in the back seat. None of the issues other folks reported.

It's 10 feet long and Fast Charging!

I keep one of these next to my bed to charge my phone in the evening. I love it because it lets me charge my phone and still play games on it before I go to sleep or to be able to check messages without disconnecting it from the charger. The braided cord is durable and flexible and despite the number of times I have dropped my phone, I still have not broken the connector on the first cord, so I have two more cable in spare (I drop my phone a lot and damage connectors frequently). So far, this cable is holding up well to my abuse and I find my husband constantly stealing it and charging his phone while he is using it on the opposite side of the bed.

I'm a HUGE fan of braided cables that are 100x more durable than the rubber/plastic junk that Apple/Amazon send you home with that end up hanging by a single wire after the 1st time they get kinked. I have these and others-braided is the ONLY way to go. Well worth the price-especially for a 10 footer.
