AWESOME PRODUCT but a little challenging to fold back up...

This play tent was purchased for my almost 2 year old son and my 3 year old daughter. To say that they "loved" it would be an understatement. They crawled and crawled and crawled through it. I had not yet purchased the balls for the ball pit, but even without it, they had a blast! My 2 nieces (11 and 8 years old) were at my house when I first showed my kids the playhouse, and my 8 year old niece was able to crawl through it as well! It looked like so much fun that I decided maybe I could crawl through it too......I got stuck in the entrance........lol definitely not for adults! The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had a hard time dissembling it. I tried and tried and even pulled up a youtube video on a similar product to see how I was supposed to fold them back up. Even with the video, it was a bit challenging, and it was by accident that I got everything refolded. lol! Anyway, maybe once I get the hang of the refolding, I can come back and give it a 5th star. I DEFINITELY recommend this product! Updated...i figured out how to fold it up! Pretty simple with practice!

Although was damaged on arrival, this company and product is awesome

I purchased this set up for my sons first birthday. It unfortunately arrive damaged. One of the bars on the ball pit had snapped and was poking out. I contacted customer service and was connected with Sam. He was very responsive and worked with me to come to a quick resolution. Within a matter of just a couple days, we came to a resolution and another tent was expided to me, without any hassle whatsoever. The product, minus the damaged ballpit, is just as expected. My son LOVES crawling through the tunnels. The entire set up is quite large and has plenty of room for play. Im excited to set up the ball pit once it arrives. Although my product wasn't perfect on arrival, I cant say enough great things about the customer service. Sam was wonderful to work with, quick responses, fast resolution and beyond all expectations. I would absolutely recommend, not only this product, but this company to anyone.

This is so much fun for all ages

This is so much fun for all ages! The little kids will Love the tunnels and tents.. the older kids will like the games they can play with the tents and hoops. We bought 200 crush proof balls and can't wait for the grand kids to come play! My kids had this when they were young and loved it! It lasted our 3 kids and we passed it on to another family.. So, it really is a great buy! We took the tents to the beach with us one year while camping... so perfect for napping toddlers! Keeping them out of the sun.. Bonus!

One year old son has a BALL!!

I bought this to use at my son’s upcoming first birthday but also just for him to use after and before. He gets a kick out of it especially with it filled up with a ton of balls. It’s extremely easy to set up but folding...omg I needed a glass of bourbon after that crap!! The instructions are just five poorly drawn pictures for each item. It’s impossible to figure it out! The only ones that I can successfully fold are the tunnels because they just smoosh right down and ta-da!! I was about to chuck the cube across my dining room but instead searched video tutorials on YouTube and that saved me sanity. The folding of these items aren’t specific to this brand solely. Any kind of material like this is frustrating to fold but I just think they should update they’re folding manual. It’s also A LOT bigger than I thought. Which is a good thing. I love it. I can actually fit through the tunnel (but I wouldn’t suggest it seeing I narrowly escaped lmao). Also I forgot to mention all the pieces except for the tunnels have tethers to put stakes in when outside to secure them to the ground. But no stakes are included lol. I mean I love it and would recommend.

Kids loved it!

I bought it for my nephew and he absolutely loves it! My sister also babysits a lot of kids and they all love it as well. The material is good for the price and we think it will hold up for awhile. We also bought 200 balls to go along with it and it definitely wasn’t enough, I would recommend 3-400.

Best Bang For Your Buck Play Set

It says it's not for kids under 3 due to choking hazard, small parts. But I couldn't find any small parts that I thought were a danger. It does have some plastic tensioners for the straps used to tie each piece down when you're packing it away. The way they work is they fold up and have a kind of springy frame that keeps them in there respective shapes. So you need to tie them down when packing them away or they'll pop open. You could probably take them off entirely if you wanted to. They're not really necessary once you master how to fold the pieces up. Pay attention when you're setting it up, because that can be confusing. Folding up each piece I mean, it's more complicated than you'd think. I got it for my 18 month old nephew and I have no concerns about safety with this. As far as toys go, this one gets you a lot of bang for your buck. What kid wouldn't love this thing? The main issue is it takes up a heck of a lot of space. Each tunnel is about roughly 4 feet long and the ball pit section is probably 5ft x 5ft. You can set it up separately though. My sister just set up the ball pit and one of the tunnels in his room to start and left the rest away until warmer weather. She plans to let him use it in the yard. On the side of the ball pit section, where it attaches to the adjoining tunnel. There is a cover that will keep the balls from getting knocked out. So this play set is designed for a variety of configurations. Seems pretty well made and durable. I really like how they package it in that little carrying case. The basketball hoop on the ball pit section is a really cool addition. My brother in law liked that, said he wants his son to get into sports. So in a way, it's also an educational or a training toy. Kids will expend lots of energy playing on this play set and can learn hand eye coordination playing with the basket ball hoop and throwing the balls around. My nephew is pretty big for his age, wears toddler size 4 outfits and there appears to be lots of room even with him in it. Easily has room for 2 to 3 kids. More probably. But will reasonably and safely fit up to 3 small kids in my opinion. Each section has see through areas so you can see what the kids are up to inside and the kids can see out. The ball pit can probably hold up to 800 or more standard balls before it starts to get what I would consider overly full. I put 500 balls in the one I bought and it seems pretty good. 500 is actually almost perfect. Especially if you have the tunnel side open. Balls will almost certainly fall out all over the place if it's too full. If you're just using the ball pit section. For that 600 would probably be the sweet spot. Which the way my sister did it was put the tunnel exit side up against the wall So the kid is fully enclosed when he's playing. Of course it's not sturdy enough to keep him trapped inside, but it does a good job of keeping the balls from making a huge mess. One of the major downsides to this play set is how expensive the balls are. On Amazon they're far from cheap. I've seen them for half that price in stores. So that's something to consider when buying this play set. Due to how much space they take up, they're not cheap to ship. Which accounts for a lot of the purchase cost. So this thing is awesome. I would have loved it as a kid. My nephew loves it and his parents are happy with it. Other parents are talking about bringing their kids over to play because they like it so much. A lot of people on Facebook thought it was really cool too. So, big bang for the buck with this play set.

Portable and so much fun!

I love the portability of this play set, my little guy is 15 months and he claps his hands every time I pull it out. The colors are vibrant and have been a great way for me to teach him his colors. This play house could be set up and left in place but I enjoy being able to pack it up and bring it to my parents house for Sunday dinners. My 4 year old loves it as well and especially her ability to reconfigure all the pieces. Overall, I have really enjoyed the laughter and fun my kids have had with this 5 piece set and I also love being able to sit still for more that 30 seconds because my 15 month old is entertained!!

Awesome!!! Perfect for kid’s parties.

Two days before my daughter’s birthday party, the “bounce house” company canceled due to rain in the forecast. I was desperate for an indoor activity to occupy a bunch of kids. Got this (along with 400 plastic balls) on Amazon and it showed up just in time. The kids LOVE it! It was a huge hit with both babies and toddlers. I read others that said the connection loops/ties don’t meet up, but ours totally do (although some of the balls can still get out). All the ties and loops are great and the structure is very very sturdy. We had toddlers who REALLY put it to the test - pulling, pushing, crawling through with shoes on. It held up perfectly! Highly recommend!

One word AMAZING!

OH MY GOODNESS!! This play house is Amazing! It's everything I hoped it would be for my kids! It was super easy to set up and it will be super easy to take down! The tunnels were so easy to connect with each play house. I love the storage pouch that comes with it to store away. Product arrived in great condition I was so afraid it would be too huge for my house after reading reviews but it fits in my daughter's room great! She and her friends have been playing for an hour already! The colors are bright and the quality is good! My daughter spilled juice and it was so easy to clean up! I look forward to purchasing other activity sets from this company as I have birthdays and Christmas presents coming up! Great product worth the money for a good quality material!

Love it!

I love these play tents! Perfect fun for a day inside, you can just pop it up wherever you have space, throw some toys and balls in the tents and tubes, and the kids play ALL DAY! I love that it sets up in seconds and when you're ready to reclaim your living space you just fold it up and stick it behind the couch (I'm not clever enough to fold it back to put it back in the bag, and they're flat so the couch works best for us!) The boys love the tent with the holes on the side, they try to throw things through the holes to each other inside. Absolutely worth the money.
