It’s definitely water proof and floats, too!
We have season passes to a local water park and have used these multiple times. The water park sells an identical version of this made by a common brand name and those are $24.99/each. The price of this 4 back is a solid $10 less expensive. It’s a nice carry all. I keep my cellphone, Park pass, ID and a debit card inside of it and have never had any issue with product integrity. It’s a great product and I fully recommend it!

Protects from Water
Great for vacations and for the summer. Protects our phones from water.

Works Great Just Use the Lanyard
We used these for taking video while snorkeling in El Nido and Coron, Philippines. FYI- Only video works by starting the recording before you get in the water and stop after you get out of the water. Pictures DO NOT work while underwater because the air between the plastic and your phone's screen makes the phone think you are touching it in different places. Otherwise, they do the job of keeping your phone dry. Only I was dumb enough to take my phone out on the beach and sand got in the charging/data port. Doesn't float though so use the lanyard. One of our party was lucky she dropper her phone in a 20' deep lagoon and the guide was able to dive down and retrieve it.

Great for waterparks!
Used these for a day at the waterpark! The strap is comfortable and sturdy. We tried to insert our phones with the cases on... it was tricky to get them in and out.

Does Exactly What It Claims
Came in 1 box, with 4 individually wrapped cases and their (4) lanyards. The floating bubble is on the front of the case, with the back being just colored plastic. Tested the case with a Samsung S5. Had a little trouble sliding my phone in with my normal case on but it went in fine without it. The floating case held my phone on top of the water better than expected. I was thinking it would be too heavy. I pushed it under a couple of times and it instantly came to the top each time. I was able to take a picture and use the touchscreen in the case, and under water . I dried the outside of the case off before opening it so i would be able to see water inside the case. The inside of the case and my phone were completely dry. The lanyard is good quality. I like that it turns when you flip the case over, not to get wrapped up and tangled. DEFINITELY DOES WHAT IT CLAIMS TO DO. Only DISLIKE is the way the bag is attached to the top closure (PICTURED). Seems like it'll be easy to rip from the bag. I hope it holds up over time. I will order again....if needed.

Water didn't get in
I took this to the lake and my phone was completely submerged at points and no water goes in. I used my phone throughout the day and didn't have to take it out once. The only problem i noticed is that the clear part can be hard to see through when its a bright day.

Test your pouch before you use it. Also might heat up fast in sunlight.
These were so awesome. I purchased this pack for my friends and I for our trip to Hawaii. We wanted to be in the pools but also wanted to take pictures because, well we’re on vacation. Color looks exactly the same. I like that the colored borders are little air bumpers and what we did was blow a little bit of air into the pouch before we closed it just Incase. My fiancé’s iphone 7 Plus fit as well but not with his case on. Might’ve been a fit snug but it was fine. Perfect for keeping your Identification and credit card or a few bills of cash and phone with you when at the pool.

Happiness
I bought these for use at the beach and water park. My granddaughter loves hers. Keeps out the sand and water. Great idea. Love it 😊.

Great waterproof cases
I bought these to put our cell phones in while kayaking. As recommended I did the "tissue test" to verify they were airtight, and they passed! They really float too! We like that we are able to access our phone screens through the case, to take pictures and listen to music. The included lanyard to attach it to things is basically just a white ribbon with a closure at one end. I wish it was a more durable material and not white. Overall we are very happy, there was even enough room to have both my cell phone and truck keys in one case.
