worth the money

I have been searching on amazon for awhile from wood to stainless steel. After reading reviews of different brands, I decided to go for this one. I have an 80 quart pot and this was the right length for the pot when I have my boil. The paddle reached the bottom and was not heavy to use to mix. The paddle was easy to clean and withstood the heat. Definitely recommend this paddle for anyone looking for a durable paddle that withstand the heat.
