My goodness I love this little foot!

I was making a curved pocket flap yesterday with rows of trim on it, and the bottom curved edge had to be turned under 1/4" before it was topstitched on. I was able to run the edge of the foot along the curved trim, staystitch along the bottom edge in a perfect matching curve, then use that stitching as my pressing line to fold it under. That one project alone was worth the price :=) I know I'll use it a lot when adding multiple rows of trim that have to be aligned on my craft projects. I just had to come back and buy another one to always have a spare in case I break or lose the first one - I use it all the time and can't believe how nicely bulky seams lay down under it for just normal sewing.

Love this little pressure foot. My seams and quilting lines are accurate and easy to keep lined up. Going to order more for each of my granddaughters sewing machines.

Good for appliqué and quilting

If you need a precise seam allowance, this isn’t the tool for you, but it’s really good for other purposes. If you want parallel lines, as in quilting, it works beautifully. The lines are clearly marked on both sides of the stitching line. Also, because it is clear plastic, I have been using it for machine appliqué to be able to see exactly where I’m stitching
