Got it for my Sister-in-law as a gift. She loves it. She was looking for a larger crock pot. She was really surprised with the programmable function. With this food does not overcook.

Great crockpot

I love my crockpot. This is the first 8 quart crockpot I have owned. I absolutely love it, the size is perfect for potlucks. I love that it has the digital timer and 3 heat settings. I use my crockpot 10-12 times a month, amd far so good. I will update the review if there are any changes.

Another hand in the kitchen

Great to have around the kitchen. I use it for stews mostly, although around the holidays it's like having another hand in the kitchen. I use it about once a month for 24 hour periods and it holds up great. The ceramic part is a little big for my sink so it's a little awkward cleaning it. But I've had some pretty burnt on messes and they come right off.

Easy to use, good value.

Looked at many crock pots. This is great price for the feature set. Has time function for low, high or warm. No delay start. Low works well for set in AM, come home after work to one pot hot meal. Lid locks to base. Ceramic tub and lid are dish washer safe. The heating unit is not robust and will get hot to touch. I place it on my stove top and turn on vent on low so the steam and smell are vented. It is simple which hopefully will translate to long term reliability.

Worth It!

I've had this crockpot for 4 months now and I love it! I have no complaints whatsoever! The timer feature is great for when I am out or at work. When I purchasing this I saw reviews on here saying it was to hot to touch. Are you people hugging your cockpots!? LOL It's no hotter to the touch than any other crockpot I've have or seen. I highly recommend this.

Great for travel

Someone from work broight this in and I knew I had to have it. Works great, love the digital timer vs my old manual dial model. But the #1 plus is the locking lid and rubber seal. It travels perfectly. No more wrapping my slow cooker in a thick towel and driving super careful in an effort to avoid any messy spills in my car.

You Need This!!

Yes, it''s BIG but perfect for large batches of soup as well as small recipes. Temperature controls and timer work well without problems and the stay warm is a great feature. Very easy clean up too --wish it had a longer cord but not a big problem to solve with a properly rated extension cord.

This is the largest crockpot I own and I love it. I like being able to program the amount of time to cook and the temperature. It's handsome with it's stainless steel and sturdy. I use it often and the amazing cooking smells linger in my home all day! It arrived quickly as well.
