I bought this because I'm a single mom of 2 boys and Im always looking for ways to make dinner time easier. I used it the first time and had to order a single basket one too. It's amazing! Oil heats upbeat her quickly, the lid keeps the splatter to a minimum, you can tear it all apart and wash everything. Its a very handy tool to have around the house!

This is one of the greatest products that I could have ever purchased. If you hate going out to get fast food you should get this handy machine. You can have fried foods whenever you like. It's really nice to have this on hand.

I have used this deep fat fryer for some time now. No major issues. Easy to take apart. Easy to clean. Easy to change oil. The well that holds the oil is easy to clean with warm soapy water. Checked temp of grease first time to see if it was heating to specified temperature setting and it was right on the nose. First fryer that actually held enough oil to cook portions for a family of 5. I do have one negative comment but I don't feel this should take away any stars considering everything else seems to be as described. When you hang the basket (or baskets) on the edge to let grease drain back in, it does drip down the front. Other than that, no complaints. My son likes the way this deep fat fryer works and he is getting ready to order one.

This thing is very versatile, works great, and I use it regularly. The removable grease container is much easier to clean than the typical deep fryer, but the heating element is a real pain in the keister to clean. The only problem I’ve had with it is that the heat from the oil has melted the very lower edge of the lid (which is very thin to start with), but it doesn’t interfere with the operation.

So far so good. This holds enough for three ravenous children. I like this one it's simpler than some of the others. I just wish they would have made one of the corners more spout like it's a little difficult to pour out to strain the oil. This takes a lot of oil, not solid lard type it's liquid oil in the instructions. 2.5 bottles of Wesson 2 quarts each: a gallon and a half. So yeah at the price of oil you will want to strain this out after every 2 or 3 uses depending on what you fry. So far we are making fries and the occasional hot dog. If using batter or bread crumbs you will have to strain out the debris from the bottom it will foul the oil.I feel like I work at McD's "do you want fries with that?". I don't know why I ask that they always do. I like it better than my old Fry Daddy or Fry Baby the metal container is much easier to clean than the plastic ones. The inside oil container is a porcelain so much better than the Teflon. We all know Teflon is poisonous right? It is.

Received it within the 2 days as prime guaranteed opened package all parts were accounted for so quickly set it up poured a little over a gallon of oil in it turned it on and within 6 minutes i was frying a large batch of shrimp I didn't want to say I'm a chef but wanted all to know this Hamilton beach produced the same quality bach of popcorn shrimp as my restaurant fryers Thank you Hamilton beach

Exactly what I was looking for. Love the dual baskets (for those wondering why it says three basket there is a third single basket that can be used instead of the normal two baskets for certain jobs). I have a turkey fryer (from Butterball but really made by Hamilton) that works just like this one. So far it is a really good product. The results from cooking have been excellent. Seems durable. Would recommend.

This product works well and I love the larger basket. This deep fryer does get a little hot to the touch, compared to some others I've had, on the outside but it's nothing that would result in a burn. Overall good value for the price.

I have made several things with it already including an appetizer and dinner. It heats up fairly quickly, cooks very well. The plug is a magnet connection. It would be ok, but the cord is 1 foot long. You have to have it right against the wall and if you move it even an inch, the cord falls off. It also doesnt shut off. It only turns down to the lowest setting. You must unplug it to turn it off. Which is ok since you must manually filter the oil and store it. It holds 19 cups of oil, which is one of the large 30 dollar bottles of oil. It comes completely apart for cleaning which is nice. Overall, I enjoy using it.

I own this since july. Change the oil monthly. It fries to perfection. At first I got a defective frier with holes on it but the seller replaced it in two days. I was surprised it was so fast. I love it and recommend it.
