I bought two of these, one for the two inch receiver in my Toyota Highlander and one for the one and a quarter inch receiver in my Suzuki SX4. They both fit well and were easy to install. The "rubber band" that goes around the receiver drawbar opening is pretty strong but has enough give to make installing it a non-issue. I really like that the cover has a retainer so you don't have to worry about losing it when you have a drawbar installed. The color is black which is perfect for a black receiver. I like that it is just plain - no logo or cute drawing - it's just a black cover that blends in nicely with the receiver mount and makes it all look inobtrusive and tidy. They both fit snugly and seem secure - I wonder if the people who complained of a loose fit have a Class Four receiver which has a larger opening than a Class Three does.

Just got this today and it’s exactly what I wanted. Super simple but gets the job done perfectly on my 2016 4Runner hitch. The tow hitch has gotten a little rusty and this cap now gives it a nice clean look and I know it’s not going to fall off.

This is a very durable hitch cover made of thick rubber. Putting it on was a snap; stretch it over the hitch and insert the cover. It's that easy. We tow a trailer a lot so some surface rust shows inside the hitch and we like to cover it up when not towing so you cant see the rust. Fit perfectly on our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and does not fall off from rain and travel.

So far, so good. My hitch is starting to rust already, so I wanted to get a cover to preserve it a bit. I really like that this cover is always attached to the hitch so I can move it out of the way when I need to haul something and I won't have to worry about losing it. So far I haven't used the hitch to haul anything yet, but I doubt this cover will pose a problem. I recommend it if you want a simple cover for your hitch.

My old Trailer Hitch Tube Cover off going through a car wash, with this Trailer Hitch Tube Cover there’s a rubber cutout that attaches to the tube keeping cover from coming off. Great product.

Does exactly what you would expect it to do. It does in the way of attaching my bike tray style carrier but it adds maybe 5 seconds to the process. My ONLY actual concern is that the plug for the 2" hitch is not as snug as I would have liked. Even so, after a couple weeks I've not found that is pops up/open. If it did, the obvious solution is a rubber band! I coated the rubber with a marine grade UV spray so all good. Highly recommended if all you want is a discreet and inexpensive covering for your 2" hitch's opening.

My original hitch cover was just a "press fit", and over the years had become loose. I lost it during my last car wash. I looked for a design, which had some sort of mechanism to prevent loss of the cover. This item fit the bill. It seems to be made of a flexible rubber, and was easy to slip the retaining loop over the hitch. The actual cover is a firm fit, which should prevent it from slipping out. Only time will tell if the rubber will become hard and brittle. For the price, it is well made, and if it lasts a few years, it would still be a bargain. Would buy again.

I decided to get this type after losing a couple of other rubber hitch covers in car washes. This has survived two so far (and remained open, so now I know how the other ones got lost). I like the design and the fact that you don't have to store it elsewhere when a carrier is installed.

I really like this hitch tube cover. I give it 5 stars without reservation, but it did take more than a 45 days to receive it. I was initially receive the wrong item (some sort of a large, sturdy-looking polyester bag with straps, easily worth more than 3 times the hitch cover). Clearly an unintentional packing/shipping error. I was told by the supplier to not return the miss-shipped item, and that the correct item would be shipped right away. I think I slipped into a crack to nowhere, but in the end, I received a heartfelt apology, and my hitch cover. Seeing almost nothing but 5 star reviews, I decided not to hold this "oops" against them. I like the product and the value I received.

I bought three of these, one for each of our 2" trailer hitches. Wish I had bought them right after I had the hitches installed, before they started to rust. These stay put and provide a really clean look. They also hide the rust inside the hitch receiver. I've had them for well over a year. They've never come loose, and show no obvious signs of deterioration. The strap is nice because it eliminates the possibility of leaving the plug on the bumper when you're installing a bike rack, and then driving off and losing the plug, which is what happened to my first strapless one. I use these on one Toyota hitch and two UHaul hitches. Fit is excellent.
