- 30 PINT 4-GALLON ROOM DEHUMIDIFIER - If your standard unit of measure is ice cream, our dehumidifier removes up to 30 pints from the air per day. But we measure in gallons (because we’re talking about water) to make the capacity easier to comprehend. This moisture-removing, Energy Star certified beast is fit for medium to large rooms, to quickly and effectively absorb moisture without racking up your energy bill
- DESIGNED FOR THE MODERN HOME - That most dehumidifiers are clunky eyesores is news to nobody. We designed with the modern consumer in mind: a sleek clean look, convenient built-in wheels and handles, and a quiet fan that won’t drown out your current binge-watching obsession. Durability is key, too, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty, plus an extra 6 months if you register on our website
- SUPER EASY TO USE - Dehumidifiers don’t need to be complicated, so ours isn’t. Adjust to your ideal moisture setting, then let it run its continuous 24-hour cycle until the tank is full, at which point it will automatically shut-off. Don’t got time for that? There’s also a drain hose outlet for continuous draining. The hose is not included; we recommend a ⅝” diameter garden hose with an internal threaded end, and optionally Teflon tape for extra security
- ELIMINATES MOISTNESS, ODOR & OTHER THINGS YOU HATE - Moist is a bad word. Our portable dehumidifier reduces odors and allergens by removing bacteria from humid air through its built-in pump compressor. It also features a Turbo mode that increases fan speed from Normal Air CFM 129 (cubic feet per minute) to High Air CFM 138 for maximum moisture removal and odor reduction
- IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW - Dehumidifiers emit heat when in use (that’s how they absorb the moisture). This product won’t work in the same room as an evap cooler, and is intended for any indoor space up to 1000 SQ FT. It measures 15.2 x 10.2 x 19.7 inches, has a 3 liter (0.8 gallon) water tank capacity, and removes up to 4 gallons (30 pints in beer measurements) of moisture from the air per day

I bought the 30 pint first, then bought a 50 pint too. The 30 seems to run and and run. It shuts of for less than 30 seconds, then starts running again. The 50 pint does not do this. Not sure why...normal...defective....if considering a purchase I would recommend the 50 pint. I have the 30 in my small bedroom and the 50 my living area. I live in humid FL and decided this would help me sleep better, I would say it is helping. It isnt real quiet but I like the white noise for sleeping so it works for me. It does put out warm air part of the time, so I turned it facing out bedroom door because I dont need to heat up my bedroom, this seems to be working too.

For apts. with bad circulation, this is a life-changer
This is my first review on Amazon because I have to discuss how much of an impact this thing has had. About the product itself: the device itself is pretty simple and easy to use; any questions can easily be answered via the manual. Only a few buttons and functions--the humidity setting itself, a timer, a turbo mode, and the option between continuous vs. auto on/off. An LCD display shows the humidity now or your target humidity (when adjusting the settings). The bucket that collects the water pulls out like a drawer, and there's a nifty handle that makes it easy to carry. Dumps in a sink, bathtub, etc. with ease. Note: the drawer assembly when you put it back in could be a little less...wobbly, but as long as you're not trying to slam it in there like 2001 Shaquille O'Neal you'll be fine. Once it's filled up, it beeps like a microwave telling it's full, but it only does it once, which is a good thing in the event it fills up in the middle of the night. I have no experience with dehumidifiers, so this may be just me, but this thing sucks water out of air like the thing at the dentist sucks saliva out of your mouth, especially in turbo mode. On turbo, I've seen 80% to about 60% in 30 minutes, which far exceeded my expectations. As for the noise level: yes, it makes noise, but I find it pretty quiet. I have a window AC unit, and even on turbo, the dehumidifier is not louder than the AC. Now, for me personally: I live in Louisiana, in a small apartment with only a window AC unit and a fan. While I never have problems with temperature, window units do nothing about humidity, so even at a good temperature, my apartment was extremely muggy. As in "had to put my pillowcases in the dryer every night because they were damp" muggy. Anyway, I finally pulled the trigger and got this. I have no experience with dehumidifiers and was not sure what to expect. What I got was something that has, no joke, significantly improved my quality of life. When I first plugged this bad boy in, the humidity reader read 82%. Within 30 minutes(!), it was down to 65% and I could breathe without filtering the air between my teeth. Now, I never sweat in my apt. I'm comfortable. Papers don't curl. Bedding isn't damp. I don't have to use air fresheners all the time. But maybe most of all, my sleep has improved SIGNIFICANTLY. I wake up feeling so much more rested and energetic that I'm in shock about it. I was going to wait a while to post this review to see if the dehumidifier holds up, but honestly it's made so much of a difference in so little time that I had to sing its praises. My only regret (kind of) is that I didn't get the bigger size because the 30 pint fills up fast in my ~650 ft. apt. That's more a testament to just how well it does its job. The warranty is secured, so that's good, and if anything changes I'll update this. I know there's a sea of reviews on this thing, but if you're on the fence and live/work in a very humid, pull the trigger. It is AWESOME.

Doing great to keep MN humidity at a reasonable level in my basement
This dehumidifier is working hard in my damp basement right now. Most of our basement is finished, but with a hundred+ year home we end up having patches of the drywall someone added down there get mold all over it, I assume because sweating pipes and moisture in the walls. Not exactly sure. Just know that having a dehumidifier running all summer has been our solution for now. Having the option to have a hose hooked up and have it drain directly out of the house is great! It makes it so I am not having to dunp buckets of water out every few days...which since we don't use the area despite it being (questionably) finished, I often forget and see the indicator on our other humidifier reach 70% which is alarming as far as favorable conditions for mold. I like that this machine may have a smaller capacity, but since it has a continuous run or an auto run option where you can choose the humidity level like my other one, having that hose hookup brings me peace of mind to know it's going to be doing its job even if I just turn it on & walk away for a few days. I love it! It's also almost too nice looking to be in my unfinished laundry room!

Performance and sound level are excellent for 36' RV
I got about 1 solid month of nonstop use prior to fall arriving and now it is on and off. Excellent performance. Coverage of the space is well within its rating for sq ft, Sound level is not bothersome as it sits behind our dining table in our RV. It seems to match our humidistat within about 3-4% for the interior of the rig vs its display. I had to set it at 50% vs 45 to get a solid 45-48% in the rig. With windows open on the cooler days it was pulling about a bucket out for the day keeping it around 50% in the rig so we really enjoyed being able to keep the windows open some for fresh air which means AC off so lower noice in the camper. Size fits our space well, easy to wheel out and dump. The control setting for us was Continous = Off and 50% . What I did notice was that it was right for space size of the RV so I don't get a lot of hot air running out of it during its cycle. When it was warm coming off the compressor either the AC or outside air compensated. Highly recommend for 300 sq ft RV.

Huge improvement in a dank basement
So far this has worked great getting the excess moisture out of my finished basement and main floor. You're going to notice the hum when it's on, but it's not deafening. I can still watch TV etc with it running 3 feet away without being annoyed. Only two concerns: 1. A plastic piece was broken on arrival with the water level monitor which is required for the machine to run. I wasn't about to deal with the hassle of returning it over that, so I rigged up a fix with duct tape pretty easily. 2. Might just be the extreme amount of moisture in my basement, but setting a humidity level and letting it turn off/on automatically is more hassle than it's worth so I just run it continuously for a bit every now and again. Problem is, it would hit the level I set it at, turn off for about 3 minutes then turn back on for 5 then repeat. Seems like a recipe for burning it out and I'm not willing to find out. Despite these items, I'm happy. Does what I need it to do and cost less than the alternatives from Lowes etc.

Outstanding, well made unit with an excellent warranty.
I bought this unit for my non-climate controlled garage and it works like a charm. I have it on a sturdy table with a 3' garden hose attached to the back and draining into a 10 gallon bucket. Now I can rest easily about storing my musical equipment and tools out there in preset 40 degree humidity. Here in NC there is notorious humidity in the summer. Before I bought this unit, I could only stay out in the garage for a few minutes without sweating profusely in 100+ degree heat and humidity. With the unit running, the temperature isn't an issue because the air is much dryer. I change out the bucket about once a week and it's around half full. This unit is so good for me because I just set it and forget it. When the humidity level is reached, it automatically shuts off and restarts when needed. Easily 5 stars.

Excellent!
Excellent! At first, I thought I bought a size too small, I own the 1000 square feet version. The dehumidifier is located in the basement, which is about 700 square feet. However, that was the first few days of removing humidity, where I emptied it every 8 hours or so. After the humidity was lowered to the set 55%, it would only run sporadically and would take a week to fill.

which I think is pretty cool. I'm targeting 45% or 50%
I've only had it about a week, but it's definitely doing it's job so far. I leave it on all day, and use the turbo mode when I shower. It turns off and on it's own, attempting to keep my target humidity level, which I think is pretty cool. I'm targeting 45% or 50%, and it's working great. There is an option for continuous running, but that doesn't interest me at the moment. The humidity sensor doesn't seem perfect, but it's not bad. It will show you the current humidity level, and if you press the arrows, it will show you your target level, at which point you can change your target level by increments of 5%. I've emptied it once after like 4-5 days. When it was full, it stopped functioning, and showed a non-number digital code. There was no constant beeping or anything like that. Maybe that's an option you can set, but when I found it, it was just there, waiting for me to empty it. It was easy to slide out, and even has a handle bar for lifting, which made it really easy. There was a small amount of dripping after I removed the bucket full of water, as if there was some more water in the machine that still needed to come out. I dried up with a napkin, and put the bucket back in. I will update if anything changes with it's performance. 06/17/2018 5/5 Stars (Owned under a week)

This thing works like a champ (so far) and is relatively small
This thing works like a champ (so far) and is relatively small. Took my two-room 500 sq. foot basement music studio/bedroom from 65% humidity down to 45% with no problems. It puts off very little heat, especially compared to other, larger dehumidifiers I've had in the past. I purchased 3 years of extra warranty for $13, which seems to be the only real potential issue reported - long term reliability (systemic across most appliances these days). As of now this one gets two thumbs up from me. Edited to include a pic of the full water reservoir, ready to be poured down my sink. I'm glad I bought the smallest size, it does the job fine and is easier to empty in my half-bath.

This room is like an old fruit room
I purchased this to use in my basement, in my cold storage room beneath my front steps. This room is like an old fruit room, and smelled pretty damp....I had never used a dehumidifier in my house before, and was shocked at how quickly it filled up the bucket. Within a few days I noticed that damp smell was gone from my creepy basement storage room. As for electric costs, I haven't noticed an increase on my bill. Overall I'm pleased with the quality of this humidifier, and would recommend this to others.
