Great Value, Works Up To Expectations

Great iron for the price, Tested it out on some simple circuits before using it on my bigger projects and it worked fine. The full kit comes with lots of useful tools and components with enough space in the case for my own tools. Would definitely recommend especially for anyone just learning to solder.

Pretty great kit for a decent price!

The Anne's Soldering Iron Kit es a great purchase. It's definitely not an industrial strength soldering iron, but it's perfect for an occasional hobbyist to get some minor connections established. The product iron itself is decent quality and the actual results come out great. In not an expert by any means and have only used a soldering iron twice before in my life, but I didn't have any trouble and had more than enough told at a fair price to get everything I wanted done. The packaging was a little lackluster and as I said earlier, I don't think this product is designed for many years of use, but it suited my limited needs perfectly and I do recommend it for any hobbyists or people who want to make minor repairs to their electronics.

Contained and Complete

I have an old soldering iron I have used in the past for both stained glass and wood burning, but wanted a dedicated iron for electronics. This is the perfect kit for that application, and I feel much better knowing I won't be cross-contaminating my electronics solder. All my electrical soldering needs in one neat pack.

Truly this is the best bang for your buck

First off let me just say that the soldering iron is probably one of the best irons I've ever used multimeter is short and sweet if you're getting into Electronics like I am there is no reason to pass this up I'm probably going to use the case for something else seeing as how I am constantly using this for my major

Love the set

I needed something to help me with around the house for minor repairs on electronics. This set has everything I need to get me started and meets my expectation. The product arrived fast and was packaged well.

Nice Kit

I was super excited when this arrived. My daughter had just come to me with a laptop charger that the dog chewed right at the contacts. The timing was perfect. The soldering iron heated up almost immediately, and worked flawlessly. Please dont judge my wire repair job in the photo, as I need to finish wrapping it with electrical tape. Everything else was functional. Honestly, I was expecting lower cost gadgets, so I am both surprised and satisfied. Definitely recommend.

PLEASE READ

Most negative reviews on here are gripes that could have been solved by simply contacting the seller. One of the screwdriver heads for the 8-in-1 screwdriver was missing when it arrived. Contacted the seller and in days, not only did they replace the screwdriver with all 8 tips, but sent me an entire new kit free of charge. It's funny how effective communication can be as opposed to running off and basically taddle-telling on the internet. Ah well. Also, gripes about the multimeter. Do you know how to use it properly? Doesn't sound like it. And about the stuff being "cheaply made"; any self-respecting hobbyist or electrician would NOT spend $30 on a kit of junk from Amazon expecting it to be anything more than what you get - an actually pretty solid soldering iron w/ basic base, cruddy wire strippers, some spare wire, a nice 8-in-1 screwdriver, some spare solder for those "oh crap moments", a working multimeter if you're used to the old school kind, SOLID tweezers, and some more junk. If you are SERIOUS about wiring, soldering, etc., do yourself a favor and go to a Fry's, or your local hardware store. Don't be like these negative reviewers.

Every home needs this kit!!!!

If I could rate this 100 stars, I definitely would! This is the best set out there, without question! It comes with everything you could possibly need. There's even an on/off switch on the iron, and this set comes with instructions in English! The 8-in-1 screwdriver is even magnetic! They thought of everything! It's complete, well made, and I'll update after using it, to let you know how durable!

Great beginner kit!

If you're just an average Joe who sometimes needs to fix some things up, this soldering kit is just for you. Ita got everything you would need to solder including some items you might forget you need. Like a meter, wire strippers, anti static tweezers. It all comes wrapped up nicely in a bag so you won't lose any parts (hopefully) I have several machines in my factory that I need to maintain so this will come in handy. Also, this would be great for working on my office conputers/laptops.
