Unexpected Surprise

I used the largest and second largest silicone mold last evening to make a chocolate mousse filled dome for a work party and they turned out amazing! I was able to wipe the chocolate off by hand and they were very flexible. I did not place them in he dishwasher and I do not suggest it. I can't imagine the quality of the product if you do so. I highly suggest purchasing these!

Perfect for temperd chocolate designs!

It was my first time tempering chocolate and using molds , was super easy, next time will be perfect shapes! a good buy , don't think twice! ***I recommend to do 2 layers of chocolate to make it stronger so it won't break when you pop it out***

Very Handy, Perfect Sizes

I used the middle size mold in this set to make fondant Viking hat cupcake toppers. They were perfect. You do have to be very gentle removing fondant from them as to not distort the shape, but they work perfectly if you keep that in mind. I can see putting these to use for many, many things in the future; fondant, chocolate, who knows what else. I think they are just great to have and priced perfectly.

I've only used the large one so far but I thought it would be tough to get the white chocolate out, but to my surprise it just popped out of the mold. Wonderful! I haven't cleaned it yet so that could be the catch, but I like the variety of sizes as well.
